T.Fabolous experience!!!! Driver even offered me a range of stupendous confectionary alongside with extra gum to refresh my palette. Furthermore, Water was provided, absolutley essential during this heatwave. Loved my experience at a1. Cheap prices, efficient rides and comfy cars, what more could you ask for.

a. w.It’s not going to let me give any lower Review but here we go. ordered a taxi from Watford High Street station to Watford General Hospital called the controller need a car that is okay with COVID 19. Was told all their cars have the right equipment in the vehicle’s. the car turned up driver was not wearing a mask there is no hand sanitiser in the vehicle felt completely unsafe when I asked the driver can you please put a mask on he replied if you don’t want the car get out. W. A.Was recommended this company by a friend who uses them regularly. Reliable company who were prompt on time. Their prices are fair, just abit more than uber. However the fact that they charge that little extra it provides me security that I won't nor will my wife get raped by an unknown person. Recently left my phone in the back of their car, and the driver happily handed it back to the office, when I rang to find out the person on the phone got the same driver to drop it off to my house. Will continue using this firm
R. M.I think I am in a good position to give a review. I have used A1 Taxis quite regularly. Overall I have found them reliable and professional.
I have had 2 issues which I felt I needed to complain about. I do feel that as a company they took my complaints serious and went about dealing with them in the right way.
With all that in mind I am more than happy to write a positive review. I believe that you can only judge a company in a balanced way when something goes wrong. They dealt with my complaints quickly, fairly and professionally.
I still continue to use A1 Taxis. I do feel you are trying to run a good service. For that I gave you 5 stars.

He was truly gentleman, in the way how he was interacting with us and with other drivers on the road as well. It was very pleasant journey and his knowledge of area is brilliant - my first journey with taxi without GPS navigation :-)
