I have been using this taxi since 2019, lovely drivers, very good call handlers …. Up to today in fact this morning. I use this taxi for everything and my husband ( airport service) and I always recommend my friends if possible. About a month ago a call handler (a male call handler and I distinctively recognised his voice) told me not to pre book a taxi. I used to book my taxi a night before for work. He told me that they were limited drivers. Therefore I started calling in and around 7 am in the morning for quarter to 8 am and was no problem. But as I did the same today this same call handler answered and booked my taxi. Then he started pointed out I should not have booked taxi this late. He started giving me a lecture. I told him that I recognised his voice and he told me to call in the morning. Perhaps he did like how sharp my memory was😂. But he started kind of accusing me and that lecture. … I had to get ready for work n no way I could let him continue that gibberish lecture. Do I said politely I got the message bye and hung up. Immediately after I rang n booked another taxi n called Anbco to cancel but as soon as I started to speak he cut me off. I’m sorry but he showed me his utter bad professionalism. I absolutely do anything to avoid using this taxi. I’m sorry to those lovely taxi drivers n owner whom I saw here responding to customer. I intended to give one star but just because of one bad apple I can not fault everybody. This is a girl from kingsgate by the way and I know almost each driver from Abco knows me and they are absolutely amazing. Pity this happened.

Fantastic service, you picked up my elderly father on time, took him for his vaccine, waited outside and then dropped him home safely. Absolutely amazing service and an extremely reasonable price. Thank you so much, we will highly recommend you to anyone!

Having used Abco for over 20 years I can highly recommend thier services as very reliable. All of thier drivers are very polite and friendly. If I had to I'd be using them for another 20 years.

Excellent service, clean cars and they are all tracked so the phone handlers can tell you exactly where the driver is. Definitely will use them again.
