Booked a cab in advance; an hour before the trip phoned to see if they can pick me up 10min earlier and that wasn’t a problem. Vehicle arrived couple min before time so that was nice that I didn’t need to wait. Vehicle was nice merc and it was clean. Driver nice and friendly. Reasonable price. Will use again.

I booked a return taxi from Gatwick to Knaphill. Brookwood were by far the cheapest company I tried and were extremely efficient. Excellent communication with both the office and the drivers, comfortable and clean cars and pleasant yet professional drivers. Would definitely use them again.

Best taxi service. I was on a training course in Woking and needed to get there via taxi from the train station, these guys were superb. I wish I got the name of my driver. But I found my experience with Brookwood Cars to be a very friendly and pleasant one. I have used "Brookwood cars" for many years. I have found them to be the very best taxi service. When my wife was terminal ill; they were superb at getting her to & from hospital for treatments & the drivers were always patient, helpful & many, showed a genuine interest & concern for her. Since she died; I have used them for various occasions &, they go out of their way to accommodate me;quite often when fully booked, they will divert a taxi to help me as they reward loyalty. I can't rate them highly enough.

I've been using this mini bus and taxi service company for over 5 years and they have never let me down. As a family we have used them for local trips, airport trips and our family used them for a wedding earlier on this year. The customer service is outstanding and all the drivers are really helpful I even left my iPhone once in one of their taxis and I received a phone call from the driver telling me that my phone was still in his taxi! The guy went out of his way to try and get me to the airport on time with few extras around helping me with the extremely oversized luggage, both when he collected me and when we got to the airport. Excellent service, I always use Brookwood Cars now after I used them the first time as they are efficient, friendly and fair with their costs. My driver is always on time and gives clear instructions about where to meet which helps when coming out of a busy Heathrow. Additionally, I stupidly left my phone in a car recently and they were so useful and got me my phone back to me really quickly. Cannot recommend enough, use for personal and business trips from Woking to Heathrow on a regular basis .

Sometimes you get customer service you will always remember: I just missed a train and was loaded with a 2 year old and luggage. The man on the desk quickly assessed the situation that I had a connection to make, helped me with my luggage, didn’t discriminate against me for having a screaming toddler and got me to Woking Station on time to make my train, whilst being friendly, chatty and calming. I have used this firm in the past on many occasions and they have always been prompt and friendly but this was above and beyond. Thank you.

Brookwood cars have always given us a brilliant services. They are very patience and helpfull as we have competions guns as they take a long time at the airport customs. Hi i dont really review to many business but i fought i have too this time. I live in london and my mother lives in Worplesdon. My mother is pretty old needed her weekly essentials. I tried doing online shopping and delivery dates where to long for my mother not have any food or other essential items. I then called Brookwood cars they where extremely friendly on the phone and more than willing to help my mother with her shopping. I gave the phone operator the shopping list and the address for them to deliver. There driver went to Brookwood sainsbury and got most of the item on shopping list and then delivered to my mothers house. I thank Brookwood cars for this kind of service and has made my life so much easier.
