D. E."Driving Miss Daisy" really came to our rescue on Wednesday, May 4th 2022. One of the mourners at the funeral of a dear friend was wheel-chair bound. Her electric, 6-wheel chair was too large for any of the taxi companies approached to return her to the railway station for her journey from Woking back to Worthing. Matters were getting fraught until we contacted Lena Thompson, of Driving Miss Daisy, Woking. She agreed, at very short notice, to step in and returned Francesca to her home safely, efficiently and in comfort. Thank you very much for your kindness and care; this could not have happened without you. Very highly recommended.
J. D.Driving Miss Daisy Woking was the first organisation who replied within a few minutes to my enquiries in the local business. It was very hard to find a transport and a companion to take my son in a wheelchair to take him to 18-25 years old day care centre and it was by a luck that Driving Miss Daisy Woking started its operation in the week he needed to start the transport. The driver always gives me a text to let me know that he arrived tot the centre safely. For a working mum, it is a God sent service.
