Excellent service from start to finish. Booking made easily only downside was that I was unable to put in the exact address but at the airport this was soon sorted. Drivers both going from and returning to the airport were polite and friendly and the vehicles were immaculate. I had to change the time of the return pickup within 24 hours but again the company were fantastic. First time using Hoppa and will definitely use again.

Really pleased with my hoppa experience. Easy website to book my transfer, great price. Our flight was delayed 6 hours but the team had no problem getting us in the next bus. Just need to book our return transfer now. Only one thing I would change is the times I wish we didn’t have to put our flight details on the way home as I would rather leave a few hours earlier on the way back instead of being picked up at 3.30am I would be happy to leave at 11pm and wait around the airport for my flight. Sometimes the drivers drive too fast for my liking but I think that’s just how people in Mallorca drive

Despite being 2 hours delayed our driver ( Venice black cars ), was waiting for us. Been using Hoppa for a number of years and still cannot fault them, had a voucher down to covid-19 in 2019, booked a taxi for September 2022 in Cyprus to find the government had change the rules on face masks so we canceled our trip and booked another trip. Went onto the hopper site and swapped our taxi with ease. A very good company to work with.

Having seen reviews I was really worried about the transfer I booked through Love Holidays. However, we had no issues whatsoever, not only were drivers punctual they were early. We have used Hoppa travel for years (pre pandemic). This is first holiday since then. Travelling with this service is a joy. I book service in uk online which is simple. Usually you get a discount too. You receive conformation as your ticket and a you make phone call 24 hours prior to your pick up on leaving your holiday accommodation. The coaches are clean comfortable and driver is curteous. You get a departure location on arrival at your arrival airport. Pricing is great value and definitely cheaper than finding a taxi.

I have used Hoppa for about 8 years now. They are such a fantastic company to use. The website is easy to use. The driver's at the airport are in smart black suits. They use a whiteboard with my name clearly written on it. The driver always takes my suitcase for me when we walk to his car. The cars are always immaculate inside and out. I won't use anyone else now for my trips to Malaga.

I had to make a change in my plans just before I went on holiday but the transfer went ahead with little or no difficulty and the minibus for the return journey was dead on time. WE have been quite happy with the bookings in the past and the trips were fine , but it seem to me if you have a query we seem to go round in circles we ended up on whats App, we would then be transfered to an agent , which they advised us that they would review our query, but after 20 mins, we got a message saying THE CHAT WILL BE CLOSED NOW, This happened twice with no one sorting our query. Such a shame with the brilliant service we have received in the past.

I am using HOPPA twice a year to be collected from ALMERIA AIRPORT to our hotel and back again to the airport. Only a few times I had to wait a while to be collected, but overall I know that I am in safe hands. It is a pity that Hoppa is not having the same business anymore in FUERTEVENTURA. I had a wonderful, seamless experience. It was cheaper than what a taxi would have been as I was travelling alone so that was great. I was worried something would go wrong as my flight was delayed two hours but when I came out I saw my driver straight away. There was only two other parties on the journey with me so I was at my apartment in no time. And on the way back to the airport it was just me so I basically got a private transfer. Generally easy to use, booked online for a transport from airport in Crete to my accommodations, easy to find- friendly staff and comfortable shuttle. However on the return, booked more than 24 hrs in advance, and no pick up time given. Had to call 3-4x to speak with someone who ultimately said the shuttle was not sourced and they will refund me. I would have never known unless I called, and have yet to receive my refund. Communication seems difficult when things aren’t running smoothly.

First time using Hoppa. I was disappointed at Faro Airport to have to wait 75 minutes for the transfer when I paid extra for a speedy shuttle which said maximum of 45 minutes. The driver also didn't have an itinerary of where he was going so just asked us, which fortunately we knew where we were going. Return transfer was a lot better service. Not sure I will use speedy shuttle again. Have had better experience with the normal transfer and Holiday Taxis.

I went to Corfu for the first time and once at the Hoppa desk my friend and I were greeted with a lovely welcome and very helpful staff. The bus driver was also extremely happy and friendly and of course put our luggage away for us. The journey to our apartment was long, but I saw it as a wonderful way to see the Island. I was also extremely confident in the drivers ability and carefulness to manoeuvre the bus in some very small roads. I usually feel quite apprehensive about bus journeys, but this driver made me feel very safe. Also the price was extremely good which was another big plus for me.

We recently used Hoppa on our Holiday to Madeira and couldn't fault the service. The representative was waiting for us with an Envelope clearly marked with our name so we could easily pick him out. The ride from the airport to the hotel was smooth and completely uneventful. The driver arrived earlier than expected to pick us up but waited patiently whilst we checked out and again it was a very smooth and uneventful ride. Excellent service. My partner booked hoppa for a round trip from Orlando(MCO) to our guest accommodation some 45 minutes away. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, because of the bad weather,but on arrival our driver was waiting for us. He was very friendly and helpful. On the return leg we had a minor hiccup, (our scheduled pick up vehicle was "rear ended " on route to us. We were immediately informed by phone and alternative arrangements were made and personally resolved at the airport. We were kept updated by further phone calls. The is the first time we have used hoppa but we will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to other travellers. Travel easy and just hop on a hoppa!

I booked with hoppa in august this year for my trip to ibiza the price was reasonable and was worth booking as cab can be be expensive in ibiza. Well we missed our flight I had not actually thought to call hoppa as I was busy trying to organise another flight and was ready to take a loss on our booking for our pick up. But then last minute we decided to call them to at least inform them that we wont be at the airport as we missed our flight but we will still need our return pick up at the hotel for our return flights. I spoke to nhla (I think that is how u spell the ladys name) she was so helpful and put a note on the system and then before I went to hang up she said hold the line I can double check if we can get u another shuttle at the later time we was arriving. We was in luck there was two spaces left I was so grateful as she did not have to do that and it was at no extra cost.Thank you again its little things like that that make your journey less stressful. The drivers were also very professional and on time, the shuttles were clean and had nice air con which was needed in the heat... we will be definitely booking with hoppa again! :-)

The return journey was very prompt and the driver very pleasant even at 2:30am arriving exactly on time, at the airport. I had a great experience with Hoppa in Thessaloniki, Greece! I booked a shuttle coach transfer from Thessaloniki Airport to the village of Kriopigi. The driver was already waiting for me when my flight landed. Luckily for me the vehicle happened to be a very comfy private car (shared with only one other passenger) instead of the coach I had booked. The ride was fast and smooth and I was very pleased with the service!

I have very mixed feelings about using Hoppa again. We pre-booked a shared shuttle to and from Barcelona Airport. We actually had a private cab from the airport and a shared car, with only one other customer, on the return journey. This was great. The problem was with the communication. We were told we would be met at the arranged pick up point, but that we may need to wait up to 45mins following this, to leave the airport. When we arrived there was nobody to greet us. We waited a while before phoning the local office. We were assured someone was on their way. We waited for 45mins and made a couple more phone calls before anyone appeared. Once they did it was a quick, straight forward, drive to our hotel. We were expecting an email from the local company 24hrs before leaving to advise us of our pick up time. Despite emailing them to prompt them, this never happened. Our booking info said the office opened at 9am, so I phoned and waited in a queue for 10mins only to be rudely told to phone later as the office was closed. It opened at 10am. We eventually got a pick up time and the taxi was prompt and driver lovely. The lack of accurate information and poor communication meant this was much more stressful than it should be.

The outward service - from the destination airport to the hotel - was faultless. But they only text you 24 hours before the collection for the return journey. In itself that's not a problem, 24 hours is plenty of notice. But for a 1:35 flight the pick up time was 9:40! This was ridiculously early for a flight back to the UK, where I'd normally expected to have arrived at around 12:15. It was a 40 minute journey to the airport, which meant we arrived at 10:20 and then had to hang around for over 3 hours till the flight left. This is absurd for a `local' flight. I rang them to try and get a later pick up but they said they needed 48 hours' notice for any alteration - despite having only told me the pick up time less than 24 hours beforehand! I wouldn't use them again where you allow them to set the return pick up time.

Booked a 4 seater journey and 11 stops later plus a delay of 1 hour at airport in a bus fully loaded warranted my complaint. Lodged a complaint via Trust Pilot and the Online Customer Experience Representative Corné Volschenk replied apologizing for the inconvenience and offered a full refund. Excellent customer service with regards to resolution, however could have been avoided so the process will need revising in order to ensure customer expectations are met accordingly.

Coach was waiting for us and got us to our hotel very quickly. We also received a text message the day before we were due to fly back (and an email) to state time of collection. After reading lots of reviews online as how bad they are after I booked a return trip with Joppa I was worried. We had a flight to Dalaman then a transfer to Marmaris. We went straight to the desk where we were told and we was told to wait. 4 more couples turned up and then our driver appeared. We had booked the quicker transfer so the bus was small. We had a 15 min stop at a service station for a toilet break and snack. After about 1.5 hours we arrived at our hotel no issues no problems so a very good trip. On the return journey we received a text the day before we leave stating the time and pick up point. We waited outside 15 mins early as stated in text and 10 mins early the bus arrived. Again on the return journey we stopped off for a toilet break at a service station but 1.5 hours journey arrived at airport. I thought the service was very good and totally opposite what everyone has been saying. Very helpful and very nice people.

Be sure to book through PayPal for insurance on any complaints and be sure to check you’ve direct contact details for their third party travel providers. Although we’ve now eventually had a satisfactory resolution we‘d initially been left with a very bitter taste after they let us down on our return journey & offered an unsatisfactory initial response to our complaints. Would probably still book but with caution in future.

I regularly use hoppa for airport transfers. Just back from a few days away in Marbella where I again used hoppa for my transfers. Seamless from start to finish. The driver was waiting in the arrivals hall with a card and we were transferred Super Fast tomour hotel. Coming back the driver was 10 minutes early which was brilliant and he knew our airline and he even advised what check out desk we nededed to.go to and he even dropped us at the door directly outside the check in desk. Their Online Customer Experience Representative, Corne Volschenk picked up my review and acted on it without any further prompting or separate letters of complaint. My feedback was investigated, resulting in a refund of half our total cost! It was a shame the local company let us and Hoppa as agents down but at least the poor service was acknowledged and brought to the attention of the local company. The local company probably get away with their poor service enough because not enough people complain when they should. Anyway, many thanks to Corne Volschenk for the assistance.

I was the first to be dropped off it just took 30 minutes fantastic and the pick up for my return was on time. This was our first visit to Sorrento, which is a 1 hr 15 mins drive by car from Naples airport. We didn't have much of a clue as to how easy /difficult it was to get from the airport at Naples to our hotel at Sorrento under our own steam so after some research, we decided to use Hoppa's transfer service. As it turns out, we are glad to have done so. It was very `user friendly' from start to finish. The pick up at Naples airport was perfect, the pick up at the end of the holiday from hotel back to airport was also flawless. All told, an excellent service that ensured our holiday got off to a really good start. We were met at the airport and introduced to our driver who was very helpful, friendly, and most importantly, `seasoned' to Naples traffic....which is `different' to most places we've been to. From what I saw, I personally wouldn't dream of driving there. The return pick up was also flawless, ensuring we got back to the airport in good time. Even though we now know `the ropes' with regards to the available public transport options, I would still choose the `Hoppa' as being the best option in terms of maximising your time, taking the strain out of how to get to your hotel (comfortably, and hassle free) and over all cost efficiency. Anyone heading to Sorrento from Naples Airport should seriously consider using Hoppa's services.
