Their cars are always spotlessly clean and Covid secure with all drivers without exception wearing a mask as well as the vehicle being well ventilated. This is very reassuring for passengers and I've always felt safe.
An unusual but useful addition is that soft drinks, tissues and hand sanitizer come as standard.

Very punctual, with flight monitoring, very polite drivers and spot on cars. We travel to Heathrow airport, Gatwick airport, and Stansted airport a few times and they always find the best route even with road closures and traffic.
