k. R.We used Woober for the first time after receiving a very expensive quote from Cathedral Cars for a journey to Kinver for a wedding. Been using Cathedral for 10 years, but I thought I would give Woober a ring having seen them advertised in the past where I used to live in Worcester. The man on the phone was extremely friendly and relatable, and did us a good quote which was paid for in advance, I had to ring a couple of times to change a few things which was not a problem at all, what was nice is the man on the phone remembered who I was. On the day, we had texts to say your Woober is on your way which is a great prompt. The Woober driver was on time, lovely, also very friendly and talkative which was nice!! The drop off at our destination was perfect!! We had a return journey later on, again we had the the text saying Woober is on their way - this was prompt was good as we were in a field and needed to get back. Again, Woober was on time, Different Woober driver but again very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him. We had, had some drinks and wanted to listen to our music, he offered to link up to the Bluetooth which was amazing!! (Although he may have regretted the amount we were singing) My friend kept changing his mind about where he wanted to be dropped off and The Woober driver was so chilled, he was happy to do anything. What a very positive and amazing experience, so pleased with the communication and friendliness of the staff. Would definitely recommend, and will be using these guys from now on after my recent experience. Move over Cathedral Cars…. Hello Woober!!

My driver was friendly and the journey so uneventful that I’m not sure why I’m mentioning it here.
There’s one user experience point: app needs a back button.
That’s a tiny niggle. Otherwise, two thumbs up!

J. H.This is the first time I've seen such rudeness. The driver was not only waiting for me in another place, he was also trying to prove to me that he was right. And then he left altogether. It's a terrible residue. I hope that such a person will not work in a taxi. Because of such incompetent drivers, you don’t want to use a taxi. Thank you for having a friendly and experienced driver to replace him.
