Lovely reliable, local firm. I have done a couple of trips with them, but my 89 y.o. partially-sighted mother uses them regularly, and has had nothing but good experiences. She is especially grateful to the super kind driver who returned her mobile phone to her home this week after she dropped it in the car. Going the extra mile and refusing any payment - top stuff. We had real trouble booking a taxi from Partridge Green to Lancing. Arrow was the only company that would take the job on without charging a ridiculous fee. I authorised payment in advance, the cab arrived early and we were notified. The female driver was very helpful and drove well. All good.

We had the pleasure of having Raza as our driver this evening. He collected us from Gatwick Airport and brought us back to Worthing. First class service from this company. I booked a taxi for 4am on a Sunday morning for a short run from Goring to Worthing. It was to join a coach so I was anxious not to be let down. They were there on time and the fare was no higher than usual daily rate. Had them pick us up a week later and again excellent service. I used the telephone number 212121. Arrow cars are amazing. The call staff are incredibly friendly and helpful (minus the few), the tracking part allows you to see where your taxi is and how much time you have to meet your driver. Drivers are very attentive and usually arrive 10 mins before your booking. Fares are incredibly reasonable with reliable card readers. Wouldn’t go with anyone else!

When I first used this Service, over a year ago, it was a rather patchy affair : some of the receptionists were, at times rather rude & unhelpful, some of the drivers were totally useless & lacking local geographical knowledge. However, over the last few months, things seem to have improved quite noticeably. There is better coordination between reception and drivers, & most of the drivers are friendly, helpful, reliable, knowledgeable in local geography and punctual. The rates are reasonable, so, all in all, at the moment at least, it is a rather satisfactory Service.. Let's hope it remains that way!

We paid £1.60 more, excluding the tip. Question: Would we have paid £10 had we have paid up front using the app? Suspect we paid more as driver used A27 instead of Poulters Lane?

I am quite shocked by some of the reviews below. I have been using Arrow to pick me up from Goring on a very regular basis over the last few years and have found them to be excellent. Drivers are polite ( in the main at least) on time and the Cars are all decent, not like my old town where you got into a complete shed of a car usually. I started using the app this summer and it is just so easy to use and takes away the stress of trying to get through on the phone during busy times. Yes you may have to wait a bit longer if you want one home after 11pm on a Saturday evening, but that will always be the case anywhere in the Country. It is New Years Eve 2016 as I type. I booked a taxi home for later tonight, well early morning in fact ( get me the party animal) on the App about a week ago. i just called them out of curiosity to make sure it is still booked and a very nice lady rattled off the booking to me and confirmed they would be there. I can assure you I am not a taxi driver in disguise but give these guys and girls a tip if you can afford it. They appreciate it and treat them and the Office staff with the respect they deserve and you will never have any issues.

I use this taxi service regularly and they are always on time and I have certain disabilities and the drivers are always helpful if I need help getting out of the vehicle and they always help me with my shopping getting it in the vehicle and out to the front door, they are also very patient when I go to Tesco's and after they load my shopping in the vehicle they don't mind waiting for me taking Tesco's mobility scooter back into the store and hobbling back to the vehicle with my walking stick, the one problem I do have is when calling the office for a taxi you have to listen to this awfuly funny tune and you can't help but laugh at it and when they answer the phone you completely forget sometimes what your calling for, I really want a copy on cd of that sound track.

As a Domiciliary care provider we used this service to collect a service user from a respite (wheelchair bound). the taxi driver done two trips and even stopped at a shop to collect a pint of milk! there was an initial hiccup with funding - having liaised with the arrow taxi office and the driver they were happy to take payment later on! we will be recommending to everyone!

I think this company has gone downhill since they seem to have bought out all the competition but there seem to be less taxis available, waiting times are very long in the evenings at weekends - when surely they should have plenty of cars on the road? An impatient woman who answers the phone makes you feel like you are a real problem to her. Also the the last few cars I've been in were not very clean
