L. J.I'd not used this Taxi firm before, but will definitely be using them again. Very punctual, lovely clean vehicles, And the Driver was so polite and made conversation with the passenger.

K. S.At the last minute, I was let down on a lift to work in the early hours of this morning. Phoned a couple of taxi firms but none available. Usually use yellow cars first but lately they've been extremely busy so thought they'd have nothing available. So with 20 mins left before I started work, I phoned them & explained the situatuon. The receptionist couldn't of been more helpful! Within 5 mins a taxi arrived & I made it to work on time. I don't know the name of the receptionist or the driver but you two saved the day! Thank you so much!

M. M.We are lucky enough to have Yellow Cabs to collect and deliver our disabled son from our home in Worthenbury to school and back daily. They are always punctual and have never failed to turn up, day in day out throughout the school term. They always ensure a Wheelchair Access Vehicle is available for him. More importantly we are extremely fortunate to have as our driver Rob. He is one of a kind - a ray of sunshine, always smiling and cheerful, always has the time for both us and our son. Moreover, he is absolutely dedicated to his charges. He NEVER lets anyone else look after his school run children, to the extent that he comes to work to undertake their collection and return ON HIS DAYS OFF!!!
They broke the mould when they made Rob - thank you Rob - you are a star and we really appreciate you 🙏

J. J.Drivers are lovely. But iv found office staff to be very rude and lie about times. When driver's have arrived stated they have only just call and proved it after being late when it was booker over an hour ago. Very disappointed after i have used them several times.
