I am very pleased with my experience with Mark. Mark arrived on time in a beautiful new clean, very comfortable Mercedes. I asked him to take me from York to see a couple of abbeys. As a single female traveler the trip cold have been quite awkward, but Mark was so personable, chatty, funny and informative I was quite comfortable alone in the car. Mark was the consummate professional and I had an fantastic time on this sightseeing trip. I would very highly recommend Mark and would definitely use him again.

Mark Heaney is the epitome of professionalism. He responded immediately to our email queries. He picked us up promptly at Heathrow for a round-trip journey to York dressed immaculately as someone you could trust your life with.
