Fantastic customer service from the guys at ATS Euromaster Bedford. I booked through Groupon to get my air conditioning re-gassed and cleaned. The process was incredibly simple. I turned up and handed my car over to the staff. I didn't have to show them any e-vouchers or alike. The team on the day were very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had for them. It's a shame they are quite far from where I live, otherwise this would definitely be my go to Garage for MOT's, servicing etc.

I was very pleasantly surprised, when I had stopped by this service center today for help. My car aircon was empty for gas, and these wonderful guys immediately helped me! They found time in between a very busy schedule and fixed an air conditioner for me and my elderly mother. It is so important in this hot summer. I am Very grateful! On top of everything else I was offered refreshments and by the end of time my car was ready the guys invited me to join their pizza which they had for lunch! How cool is that!? Awesome 👌 And by a way, you can do Aircon refill here with 30% discount if you use Groupon 😀 now!

New boots on the ST, first time using the ATS bedford team. Jim and the team were good blokes. I've got back problems so only just able to get the car cleaned, Sadly after cleaning the wheels all 4 now have scratches. Cheap tyres at a cheap price, I will not be returning.

Dropped in for a puncture repair. Staff got straight on it & sorted it. There was no "it'll need a new tyre". Young lad & his manager were about as polite as you can get. Rare in most tyre establishments!

ATS Bedford, May ‘22. Had my air conditioning re-gassed and an antibacterial treatment done, they were very thorough helpful and friendly. They told me my car was already filled with gas but I told them it wasnt really working so they gave it a good clear out and at the end it was lovely and cold again. My car had also developed a rattle in the exhaust area from the previous day so I asked them if they could have a look in case exhaust failing or something. Apparently the heat shield bolts had corroded and the metal was rattling. They offered to remove if for me free of charge, which I appreciated and gave them a bit of cash for their trouble. We also booked in my daughters car for the same service and again we’re excellent, my daughter is quite shy but she didnt feel intimidated at all it was a great experience all round. Thank you very much would use again and happy to recommend ATS Bedford.

Peter Ridgway - Absolute Legend! I just came from National Tyres & Halfords Autocentre who were absolutely clueless on what to do with my All Star Vehicle. I literally rocked up to ATS, Peter took care of me and understood everything I went through. He got one of his technicians to inspect my tyre straight away, they found a puncture and repaired it whilst I waited. All done within 20 mins of arrival! Forget all the other tyre centres, go see Peter at ATS Bedford. Highly recommend :)

A wheel on my car had a puncture in it. The air was going down fast, and I had a prior engagement, meaning at 8.30am on a Saturday I was supposed to be on my journey by 9am on the M1. These guys were great. They were busy, but could see I was worried about my car & would I make my journey... they found the puncture, & showed me it, the tyre was not to be saved. Had to have a new tyre ... Luckily for me they had a tyre of my type in. I was back on the road by 9.20am... very impressed by service & kindness of the staff. Thank you so much, you all saved my day...

Right from the outset John and his team were great, booking me in at the last minute and confirming everything. I had a puncture and John informed me that they would do everything they could to fix it as opposed to repair it and they really did. It was an amazing service and I would highly recommended them.

I popped in after my MOT flagged up two tyres with low tread 2k miles ago. The guy who worked there was really helpful, showed me that both tyres had 4mm tread right the way across (I had thought they were OK but was second guessing myself). The problem was low air 🤦‍♀️ so he pumped them up for me. Really good customer service thank you ☺

Saved The Day. I can’t thank these guys enough for helping me get home. An hour from home and my exhaust decided to crack in two. On the off chance I drove into ATS Euromaster Bedford to see if they could help. Sadly they did not have one to fit my Suzuki Grand Vitara. HOWEVER, one of the blokes said he could try to patch it so I could get home. 15 minutes later with a very solid patch in place I was set to go again. Just goes to show there are still some genuine nice people out there willing to help a stranger in need.

Highly recommended. I usually go to other well known tyre garages but got fed up with waiting times and hard sells on additional tyre requirements so i though i would try ATS. Totally different experience. I was seen bang on my appointment time and was in and out within 30 minutes for two tyre replacements. They were very professional, efficient and courteous. I will definitely be using this garage for further tyre replacements and other services they offer.

Excellent service from Brian at ATS. I had issues with my tyres where I can feel vibration and driving not as smooth. Brian took his time to inspect all wheels to ensure they where correctly balanced along with carrying out alignment. The drive feels much better! Would highly recommend. I had my aircon recharged here using a Groupon voucher. I couldn't find one fault with the service provided. I turned up and filled out some details and with that they said it would be around 40 minutes which me and my partner went off. On our return my car was ready spot on time and was like a freezer it was that cold. They simply handed me my keys and my partners phone after she mistakenly left her new phone on the dashboard unknowingly, one of the team members noticed this and safely placed it aside on his desk which I found to be very honest and if it was somewhere else I'm certain she wouldn't have seen it again. After driving a mile down the road I realised one of the team members had left their thermometer stick in my air vent, after their kind and trustworthy team kept my partners phone aside I couldn't not go back and return it which they were very thankful for. I couldn't fault the service they provided very kind, professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate going back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Popped in today after finding a screw stuck in the other half's tyre. I was seen immediately and told it could be fixed. All in all I was there for about 30 mins and they repaired 2 punctures after another was found in the same tyre. Great service, great price and friendly staff, definitely recommend.

Very friendly and accommodating, I called 3 other companies who all said they could do it in 2 days, I had a puncture so needed help straight away. The staff and service was really good, a seat and coffee were offered. The negatives were no WiFi and 2 year old magazines. Definitely the best of the mainstream tyre companies.

10/10 would recommend visiting ATS before getting a quote elsewhere! Popped in today asking for a new tyre to be told that it’s just a small puncture and they can repair it, elsewhere I could have quite easily have been charged full price for a brand new tyre. I’m completely clueless when it comes to cars and the lads here didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge whatsoever! Was even able to ask them to check my break pads and wipers without feeling like I was asking too much. Top notch service will definitely be back next time, Thanks guys!!
