H. P. M.To the Staff there, I have written to the main Kwik Fit site to praise you. Staff Donal was brilliant to advise me when I came in for a wheel alignment, he advised my front left tie rod was bent. He showed me the tie rod. I am still under warranty at dealer to use their parts so I went to them and they advised their mechanics would diagnose. I waited a week for appt and they said only a bolt needed replacement in exhaust? I persisted if they had checked the tie rod as Kwik Fit advised and they finally looked and admitted that Kwik Fit Donal was correct and fixed it for free. I then took it back to Kwik Fit to get my wheels aligned on their machine which I have done for years with our cars. The staff there are so professional, polite and efficient and deal quickly with any queries .

C. C.I've just had Jaime out on the Mobile Tyre Repair Service (Upper Newtownards Rd branch) to repair my puncture. Only the 3rd puncture in 33yrs, I was highly impressed with the mobile set-up. What a lovely, polite and personable young man he is! He talked me through everything he needed to do and didn't mind my curiosity. He was quick, and whilst he talked, he never stopped working (it would be great if all tradespeople were the same). Before leaving, he made sure I was happy with the job and told me a warning light may still appear but not to panic as it will go off after 2 miles. He was very professional and knowledgeable in everything he was doing/saying which certainly filled me with confidence. A great experience overall from a lovely young man! I would have no issues in recommending Jaime and the service...thanks Jaime!

As well as identifying a tyre with low tread depth he also pointed out a misshapen tyre which had been the cause of a long standing road noise when driving at over 50mph

A. S.Can't complain about my visit to Kwik fit. Fault properly diagnosed as wheel bearing and replacement fitted. But only 12k miles guarantee on the part which doesn't seem very long. Did the whole job in a couple of hours.
Also regarded the air con. Car is seriously cold now. Not that you need the cooling much in NI

L.I was booked in for a tyre and AC check. Taken promptly and advised that AC was functioning well,so didn’t require any work. However,I required 3 new tyres and wheel realignment. It was great that the tyres were in stock and were replaced there and then,thus saving me a return journey. Fantastic service and 10% off as I’m a NHS worker.

K. F.Booked and paid online for timed appointment and same day service. Called in and had 4 tyres replaced and all wheels aligned in less than 45 minutes. The manager Bobby and his team were very friendly and genuine from start to finish.

P. B.I called this morning as I was worried I had a slow puncture and needed a couple of lights sorted. The guys were fantastic, especially Tommy, who was so helpful, considerate & professional. He sorted everything & really went over & above anything I've experienced in customer care anywhere. I know it's a cliché but as a female I've had some expensive experiences with my car ... but definitely not here. Just want to recognise & thank Bob the manager & Tommy for a great job & even better experience.
P.Excellent customer service when I had 4 tyres fitted at this branch. Fast, efficient service with the technician able to answer my questions and offer advice when asked. Free alignment check and not pressurised into adjustments although apparently not required anyway. The member of staff even went above and beyond the call of duty to fit two headlight bulbs I supplied which was much appreciated. All in all a positive customer experience.
E. G.I’ve been using this branch of Kwik-Fit for many years as I’m local and I have to say there isn’t a group of guys who are nicer or more accommodating. No matter what it is I need their on the ball. Even with stuff I haven’t noticed. 😊 My last experience was yesterday with a battery issue no quibble replacement.. in the current climate when your car can’t let you down these guys sorted it no question.. they even notice a flat tyre and sorted it too all without me even getting out of the car 😊 social distancing adhered too 👌 thanks to the lads for jobs well done always

S. B.Fantastic service from this branch today. Went in with one problem tyre, but ended up buying a new set of four (they had 25000 miles on them, so I knew it was due soon). Staff were extremely helpful in recommending the best tyre for the sort of driving I do. They even got staff from another branch to courier another tyre over so I could have the full set, and they got the job done within the hour so I could get back on the road ASAP. Phenomenal service, couldn't recommend it enough and I will definitely be back!

T. 8.kwik fit isn’t normally my place of choice for Tyres. It is many year since I used them. I bought two Perrelli tyres for my Audi and they were a good price with 10% off online. The team at Newtownards Road, Belfast were friendly and offered a fast, careful and efficient service. The centre Manager was also friendly and very engaged. The waiting room was also great with free coffee and Wi-fi. I would definitely buy again. 👍

K. M.They can do things without prior booking, and that is the only real advantage over other tyre and battery garages. It is considerably more expensive than other garages and I found the staff polite, but inexperienced in diagnosing an electrical connection to the battery, insisting a new battery was required. This same problem was recognised instantly and fixed within 2 minutes at another local garage.
