H.I went to kwikfit yorkgate on Wednesday to get tyre replaced on tiguan,,they couldn't do it as they where clearly very busy which I could see,,,the guy that was behind the counter realised I was going away next day to Dublin and phoned round many places for me to get my tyre fixed and to locate the correct tyre for my tiguan,,he eventually got me somewhere and I got the tyre replaced that day..he didn't need to do this but he went above and beyond to help me..Great customer service indeed.

G. M.What can you say. Away to see the new Scream movie at the Odyssey and when I get there, rear driver wheel discovered to be flat. No space saver so drove the mile to Kwik Fit on York Road for a replacement. They were very busy and, but for a cancellation as I got there, they are booked up until next Friday. Definitely a good sign. Was out in 15 minutes with the friendly receptionist giving me a recommendation for where I can purchase a space saver kit. Cost £78 for a mid-range tyre with fitting which I found reasonable.

They inform me in advance of needed work and components they have found on inspection. If a job is not immediately essential, they discuss it and give me the choice of 'if and when'. Their technical knowledge and abilities inspire me with confidence.

J. H.Went this morning with no appointment they looked busy but only had to wait 5 minutes before the car was taken. The guys are very friendly and helpful. I needed 2 front tyres replaced and they checked the 2 rear tyres as well. There is toilet facilities and free tea and coffee and hot chocolate, there are also seats and a few tables not many but enough for you to be able to wait comfortably. They guys are very respectful of your car and try to keep it as clean as possible. I had a bad experience here about 5 years ago but have had nothing but praise for them ever since! I cannot recommend them enough.
J.I visited Kwik Fit - Lisburn today 20/02/20 as I had a problem with my car.
I got exceptional service from Owen and the staff, who were polite, friendly and very professional. Not only did they solve my problem quickly but Owen kindly explained what caused the problem in the first place. I can't thank them enough and I would highly recommend this garage to anyone.

This place has negative reviews but I do have to compliment the centre manager on his courtesy. Mark Strain was polite and informative from the word GO. I had brought in my car and immediately he pointed out there was something wrong. After closer inspection I was told I needed work done other than that I came in for. The van had been feeling clunky so I knew he was right.
I felt no pressure to have the work carried out here as I informed them I use a local garage but I would definitely come back to have the wheels aligned when this work is done.

T. C. G.Mark and Ross helped me out this week. I've been to the Cityside/Yorkgate Kwikfit for a few of my car problems and the team have always been friendly and helpful.
This time my car had engine problems. Mark and Ross easily found the issue, got the parts in and fixed my car in less than 24 hours. All I had to do was leave my car with them and I trust them to look after it.
The price was great too. Cars are expensive enough when they are working. I worried a breakdown would mean emptying the bank account, but prices here are totally affordable. More importantly, covered by a warranty.
My only negative comment is they are REALLY busy all the time. There just isn't enough staff to go around. You may find needing to make an appointment, waiting awhile or in my case, leaving your car with them.
I will definitely come back if I have another problem and I reccomend anyone looking for good mechanics at a good price.

L. H.Service done ok but got a call telling me I needed 4 new tyres. Didn't have much of a choice available - bought 4 Michelins and was told I'd get a free dashcam. Collected the car and was told I would get the receipt as an email. It didn't arrive all the next day. Rang the following morning and they couldn't find a record of the car being serviced! I gave them the confirmation email reference and eventually it was located and I was told the email was resent (?). It didn't arrive. I rang and was given the number to claim the dashcam. They called back a minute later saying it was the wrong number and gave me another one - neither were right. I'll call in later and get a paper copy. Poor customer care and a bit of a cheat if you buy 4 tyres and only get one dashcam - hopefully.

M.I received a good online price for the tyres i was looking for and the two tyres were fitted in 60mins.
However in this day and age there really isn't any excuse for the poor quality instant coffee the machines serve while you wait for your tyres to be fitted and the TV showing off Kwik fit advertising blurb was blinking on and off which was quite distracting. Seats were basic.

I was warned about kwik saying you need stuff done and u actually dont but I ve had free checks on car and they ve only pointed out the stuff I already knew needed replaced.
The wait can be abit longer than expected but that's life and as people complaining about their free coffee...its very rare to get anything free .waiting room is basic but it's a garage not VIP airport..I do agree the TV loops needs changed .
