Best tyre place around! Always helpful, polite and trustworthy. Have been using them for a few years and never had an issue. First time I used them I asked for 2 new fronts plus tracking, when they got it on the ramp they showed me it was already tracked and so didn't charge me for it, most places would have just taken my money.

Hi I visited today and the staff were very helpful and gave me great advice going forward regarding certain parts of my service with the Peugeot dealers last week, I will definitely be taking that further. Things he noticed that Peugeot should off, regarding brakes tyres. I will definitely be coming here again when required in the future.thanku cheers

Just to start, i have never written a review for a company before, however i definitely feel the need to in this instance. i have a ford mondeo in need of two front tyres, i spoke to a gentleman in the morning who was very profesional on the phone and made me feel valued, i called enquiring if they could beat a price for some tyres i had found online. They offered me a tyre ive been very happy with called nexen at a better price i could find online fitted upon arrival at my booking time, i was greeted by a young lad who im assuming is the manager he had my keys and lock nut and said im more than welcome to take a seat, the experience here is very good! will definitely be returning and reccomening this place.

Not like most garages. Were honest, transparent, clear and communication was great. Too often the experience is terrible but these guys explained everything thoroughly and fixed the later tweak the next day without batting an eyelid. Good prices too. Definately recommend.

The customer service here is exceptional. They always put the customer first and offer a truly professional and honest service. I've been using this place for years and the manager Dale is always very welcoming. The new lad there (Dan I think) is also very friendly and welcoming. Always offering the best advice and going the extra mile to make sure I'm happy. I've noticed a few of the reviews here seem malicious and fake. Others seem like they've been told by their neighbors cousin how much something should cost and then are disappointed to find it £5 more expensive than they thought, or the fact they think air should be free (price of equipment and time would suggest otherwise) I highly recommend this place and advise anyone to pop down and ignore some of the fake or malicious reviews as they just aren't true. Stay safe everyone.

I needed new tyres and was recommended by a friend to come here. Dan was absolutely superb. Gave me honest advice and a range of prices. They're an awkward tyre fitting but he still had them in by 10:30 the next day. I had a rattle at the back of my car which he checked and was a broken spring. Again the necessary parts were there within 24-hours and swiftly fitted while I waited. Dan provided a professional, knowledgeable service, was courteous and obviously knew what he was doing. I would definitely return again and will recommend

I want here due to one of my tyre losing air. I was told it was the alloy seal so they recommended a alloy refurbishment at £60. They mentioned other options which were cheaper,but were only temporary. I had tried re-seal before with another establishment,so i want with the refurbishment and boy what a difference. It looks like bloody new alloy. So far no air loss and i must mention it takes 5 days to refurb as they send them off. I will definitely used them again, if the other alloys start having issue with the seals.

As a female attending a garage you are always worried that you will end up being overcharged. After attending 3 garages today with my 8-month old son in the back of the car, I was either advised that 1) they were unable to do the job 2) I would have to return at a later time that day as it was a big job or that 3) they were simply fully booked. With a staycation planned for the following day and my car in urgent need, I decided to make a final attempt at getting my repairs done and it was at this point that I entered Calthorne Tyres LTD. I was attended to immediately and my vehicle was repaired then and there in no more than 10 minutes! Not only was their customer service 100% but following completion of the repairs they advised that they would not be charging me for their services! Going forward Calthorne Tyres LTD will be my first and only stop and I would highly recommend them to others! Thanks guys, your good day has made mine even better.

Great price and service Just had the rear tyre replaced to damage. After checking out the big guns, I was shocked at the prices being quoted on site and online. Driving past Calthorpe Tyres I thought I would check them out. Good job I did, price quoted was within my budget and even had a call to say the tyre was in and ready to be fitted. Very good service. I'm very contented from their job. My steering wheel was shaking intensively at around 60 mph. So, probably unbalanced wheel, I thought. I've explained the problem and asked for the price of balancing the tyres. The guy has answered me that he's gonna need around 45 minutes and said 4£ per wheel. After 45min the job was done and they've said to me that I owed them only 10£. The next day I tested the car and it was perfect!!! There wasn't any shaking and vibration. It seems to be a simple issue, but I had bad experience from previous garages about balancing. These guys did very good job!

After an MOT flagged my breaks up as corroded I changed my breaks and pads and noticed some uneven wear on my drivers tyre. Looked around at tracking and I was recommended this place. What a lot of people don’t know is they do tracking for free, and only if there is a problem do they charge for tracking. I had a problem and only paid £25. I also had 3 new tyres and was recommended to use my spare on the car as it was the original and hadn’t ever been used. A lot of garages would have pushed for all 4. I was dealt with by Dale twice and he’s extremely efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this garage and Dale deserves a pay rise as he is always going to get return business with the way he deals with customers.

Phoned up 1st to see if they had a Mini tyre for my wife's car, which they had. Booked to install within a couple of hours, and installed promptly. But didn't realise the Mini has a safety device which sends a warning to the on board computer. I contacted when I got home, and returned car within another couple of hours and the installer rectified. Good service. Car passed the MOT the following day Happy days

I went to Kwik Fit to get my tyre changed, they told me I need tracking as well. They quoted me £156 for both or £90 for just one tyre! So I went to Calthorne, Dale was friendly and quoted me 45 for the tyre and a free tracking check (£25 if it does need doing). I had my tyre changed and was able to drive of within 20 mins of my arrival! Brilliant service and literally half the price of Kwik Fit!

Fantastic service from Dale. Fitted two front tyres on my fiesta in lightening fast time. Very knowledgeable bloke who knows his stuff, unlike all the ‘cowboy’ tyre places littered around Birmingham selling counterfeit tyres. This is the first time in years that I have seen anyone using a torque wrench to tighten the nuts (as it should be done) Thanks Dale.....wouldn’t go anywhere else 😊
