N. T.I’ve always had a wonderful experience with this garage. Glen especially was extremely helpful. I called him desperately as my car’s battery was dead and he just said: “ leave it with me”. The following morning he called me to tell me he will send someone to fit the new battery as I live 5 minutes away from the garage. Richard was wonderful too; fitted the new battery and made sure the car is fine by driving it around for a bit. I am so grateful guys!
You are honest and hard to come by these days. I can only say a BIG THANK YOU for a First class service.

S. B.Super service from Glen at HiQ. Flat battery....Glen ordered the battery and then popped round to fit it, all done and dusted within 3 hours. I am not sure that coming out to fit a battery is part of their normal service, but I was stuck. Great price too and very friendly service. Than k you.

The only place I've found in the Harborne/Edgbaston/Selly Oak area that give reasonable quotes AND quality service; I've lived locally for 5 years now and won't use anywhere else for tyres, services or MOTs.
