Excellent service, the chap came at the time stated and with the correct replacement but on looking at my tyre said he’d be able to repair it rather than replace at half the cost of the replacement. Unfortunately as he tried to repair he found a large screw that had obviously broken off inside the face of the tyre. He explained that due to the damage caused it would be dangerous to repair and said it would have to be replaced. Would definitely use the company again and will recommend him.👍👍👍

Rays tyre rescue were brilliant in helping me replace my tyre yesterday. Unfortunately the issue was more complicated than I had imagined and my replacement tyre popped (no fault of this company, my suspension coil snapped and slashed the tyre!), Tahir immediately went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and even offered me a new tyre free of charge once the suspension issue was resolved. I would recommend using Rays tyre rescue to anyone, they were quick, helpful and reasonably priced.

Found them on eBay while searching for "almost new" Michelin tyres. It was easy to book a time for me to take my car to their garage in Birmingham (on a Saturday evening). They changed both tyres and even moved the front ones to the rear at no extra cost. As it happens, one of the tyres came with a slow puncture which cost me extra to repair. So, be sure to ask them to do a proper pressure test while you're there. Beware that 36 PSI may not instantly show any leaks... but they may be there.

Tahir absolutely saved us the other day. Our tire started to swell and bulge on the motorway and we was a couple of minutes off it completely blowing up (yikes). We managed to get somewhere safe. We did a quick google, saw the reviews and rang Ray's. (We we're worried because it was late on a Sunday night too). They were super helpful, friendly and quick. Managed to source a tire (which was apparently difficult for my car as I called round). Super speedy (and impressive) tire change and we were off! Honestly, I can't recommend him enough. If we ever get stuck again and we can use Ray 24/7 again, we definitely will. Hopefully we will get Tahir, since he was a good laugh too.
