10/10 start to finish service, been attending the garage for over 10 years. Lady in the office is always friendly and helpful and the price is always fair. I was worried that I had done something to my tyre and the owner even though it was just before closing checked everything fully for me. As a woman I have never felt ripped off or treated unfairly and I would recommend this garage to anyone as you will get 5 star service.

I've been using this garage for the last ten ye ars as well as my dad who has been using them even longer and I have always been incredibly impressed with how friendly and professional Dave and his team are at delivering an outstanding and exceptionally efficient service to their customers. Dave will always consult with you first about the best possible course of action for your vehicle before undertaking any major work, which is always completed to an excellent standard and carried out in a relatively short amount of time so your vehicle will be conveniently and safely back on the road in no time . I'd highly recommend these guys if your looking for an old school , good honest and trustworthy garage for all your automotive needs🙂🙂👍 .

First visit but well known to my daughter. Owner been in trade for many years and has the work ethics from before computers decided what was wrong with a car. He checks everything so when you get your car back you know you will be completely satisfied. The service that was done was excellent and I would always go back there.

Dave and the team are a great not only approachable but if something doesn't need doing they tell you straight. They are Old school proper mechanics which is what you want, not the usual dafties you get working in some main dealers. I've had many nigally problems which no other garage to sort but this guys have. My car wouldn't go anywhere else. Have recommended them to many of the people I work with and havnt heard a bad review back. Be warned tho they can be very busy but it's worth the wait, and if they are always busy they must be doing something right 😉 Phil

Having used various garages in and about the Sutton area I would not hesitate in recommending this wee Jewel of a garage.when moving down here from Scotland I struggled to find somewhere to take on my e39 BMW,the previous places I'd been we're more technicians than,what I'd describe as,proper mechanics. The team are all really nice,very genuine people who don't try to rip their customers off which ,as a Scotsman,is refreshing!i've recommended Dave and Philip to friends and they've all been extremely happy with the workmanship,quality service and the friendly staff and now would'nt go anywhere else.e39 lee

After 30 years with the same garage which closed due to HS 2,I then had to find somewhere to take my car,I looked at many recommendations and this one came on top,I took my Nissan Almera Tino down for it's MOT,I had noticed a few weeks beforehand an annoying sort of creaking sound offside which my previous garage couldn't find,however Spring Lane found the fault that caused it and fixed it,I have to say I'm 100% please and happy with work carried out,and now know I've found a service station I can trust,without having an expensive bill.

Thank you to the gentleman that saved us yesterday when we needed some ad-blue due to a work van getting stuck. When I asked if he sold it he said no but then asked how much I needed and ran inside to get his emergency bottle he has for himself. Really cannot thank you enough!

A very experienced mechanic often knows what's wrong with my car from my vague descriptions they aren't cheap but I trust them and have never felt that they were trying to run the bill up or do unnecessary work I would especially recommend for older cars as like I said he has years of experience

I used to take my cars to spring lane for repairs , mot's etc but as i work on the other side of Birmingham now its a bit difficult, always had good service there and not over the top prices , i would recommend to everyone !
