Amazing place with great staff. Sorted out our absolutely ruined back tyres with two new ones and welded a crack in the wheel and all for under 200quid! Couldn't recommend this place more highly, especially the chap who works here called Dan who's an absolute gem.

I cant think of anything less boring i have done in my life than buying tyres. Today however was an absolute delight and a great customer experience. I spoke to Dave on the phone yesterday ordered my Tyres in good faith and said i would tip up first thing the next day. I arrived a little after 9am after a phone call before i set off. My expectations were very quickly managed and i was suitably informed there is a bit of a queue. I arrived and it was very busy (always a good sign) and all the faces of the people waiting was full of smiles. The queue management was truly outstanding and conducted in almost military style, so organised and professional. The level of banter and customer engagement was consistant throughout. And it was evident that everyone enjoyed their role. I would like to personally recognise Dave and Ako (i am sorry if i spelt that wrong) for their outstanding level of service. Highly recommend and will be a customer moving forward.

I've been there a couple of times during last three years, always had a good experience as the staff was friendly and professional. The only thing is you have to wait to be served as they are very popular. Still it's worthwhile to wait half an hour or even longer and have a peace of mind with your tires or wheel alignment

I want here due to a recommendation. On arrival they quickly came and spoke with me and not long after my tyres were been fitted;which i ordered via a earlier telephone conversation that morning. They were professional, had a sense of humour and treated the female customers the same as the males. The price was cheaper then I could get else where, but not the service first class....very welcoming staff. I had a spare tyre with a puncture they repaired it, but rather than just putting it into the boot the staff member put it back in its correct place in the boot brilliant service. So, I've no hesitation in recommending Tyres r Us.

What you want to see. Took my VW Amarok in yesterday to have a tyre replaced on the front. Was a quick and pleasant experience as it always is. Booked it in for tracking to be done today. On their website it mentions that if no adjustments are needed there is no charge. Now with other outfits you might expect a charge no matter what. But these boys are true and honest to their website statement. The wheel tracking was already spot on. They printed out proof and there was no charge. Why when the service is as good as this and the honesty is as it is would you go anywhere else for your tyres and tracking. Simply excellent.

I rang them up in the morning, they ordered the tyre I wanted, and then fit it promptly in the afternoon when I arrived. There wasn't much of a queue when I arrived however when I finished the queue was building up so it seems it's a first come first serve set up. (So be prepared) The price was better than anything I could see on black circles website for the same brand of tyre. I have a lease car so I was quite particular in getting the exact same brand of tyre that the car came with .

It's a busy place, but if you don't mind waiting it's worth it. Friendly honest staff. I went to a well known company because I was losing air in one if my tyres they told me that I had a puncture in one and a Stanley blade in the other, which meant two new tyres cost over £200. I took my car to Tyres R Us, they fixed the puncture and removed the blade cost £7. Next time I'm going to Tyres R Us

Can't fault the service or the price. I take all my family's cars there including my Porsche and Jaguar and they have always shown respect to my rims, taping the spider head up. Great prices and excellent service. You have to queue at times but that's expected of a busy business. My daughter went recently with a screw through a tyre and they could easily of tried to pull the wool over her eyes with 'you need a new tyre' but no, they did a repair for the cost of little more than a pint. I had a puncture in my tyre , Tyres R Us Ltd were highly recommended to me. I don't know anything about tyres but I was not made to feel stupid and I was given the option of replacing or repairing the tyre. After closer inspection I only had a nail in the tyre which was taken out and repaired. Costing £7.00. Kwik fit told me the day before that I needed a new tyre which would have cost me. £104.00. Tyres R Us give very efficient and friendly service. Whether you are an expert or a novice they treat you with respect and are not trying to rip you off. Would definitely recommend. 😀

Took my 2003 S-Class to Tyres R Us based on a recommendation and the reviews on Google. Halfords has previously done a wheel alignment but the front tyres were still wearing unevenly on the outside edge. Also the steering wheel has been slightly off-centre for a long time. I suspect Halfords didn't do a great job. I was booked in for 10am and work started on time. Really friendly staff and the owner talked me through the procedure showing me how far out two of the wheels were (a lot!) and how they were adjusted. I was with him throughout and got a good look at the underside of the car. Process took about half an hour and cost just 30 pounds. Steering wheel now dead straight and hopefully tyres will wear more evenly from now on. Incidentally the place was really busy but every customer seemed really happy with the service (be it alignment or tyre replacement). If they're local to you I see no reason to go elsewhere - I won't. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks for tyres. All staff are happy to help and advise at any time. Never had any issues or problems with them at all. The boss is very easily approachable for any questions you may want to ask. Or even just for a chat:) I had a puncture once which was due to a cracked wheel (well spotted by the staff) one of the fitters showed the boss who said dont worry come back in a couple of hours and it will be all sorted.. when i returned wheel was fixed and tyres were on car ready to go.
