I had a slow puncture and received excellent service from very friendly staff. They fixed my tyre at a very reasonable price. Had gone to Kwik Fit earlier in the day and they were not interested in helping me. The service standards could not have been different. Bathwick Tyres will get all my business in the future.

I had to go to Bathwick Boscome this morning as my tyre had a screw in it and had deflated. I was welcomed warmly and seen within minutes. I was in there for about 30 minutes having 2 tyres changed and tracking done. Everyone was so efficient, friendly and professional. As a woman (I know it shouldn't matter), I've never felt uncomfortable going into Bathwick, and always been really pleased with the completed job and price. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, oil change wheel alignment. This was done while I waited and you could see the vehicle being worked on - very professionally. I was invited to see other issues that would need attention whilst the vehicle was raised. A fair price was charged leaving you with a feeling you haven't been ripped off ! I went in yesterday, after been told I needed 2 new back tyres by the garage that had done my MOT. I called Bathwick Pokesdown at 2pm to see if they could help, and was given an appointment that afternoon. When I arrived they took off both tyres to check if they could repair them, rather than selling me 2 new tyres. Gary told me that both tyres had very little wear on them, and that one was fine (it just had a little nail in, which they took out, and it had not punctures the tyre) and the other did need to be replaced. Their price was excellent, the workmanship top class and I would highly recommend them. - Serously impressed.

Really good, opened on time, they knew my name, what I was there for before I opened my mouth. Checked the other tyres and let me know without any hard upwelling. Got a coffee and was barely finished with it by the time they were done. 20mins all done and they even cable tied the wheel trims back on. Lovely chaps.

We suffered a flat tyre on our way down to Bournemouth on holiday. We phoned ahead and explained the situation. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful locating the tyre we needed (nobody has ever had our tyre In stock before). We arrived with 4 tired and hungry children.
