Really friendly staff who took the time to explain everything, I didn't leave feeling stupid (which is an achievement because I know nothing about cars!). The pricing also seems really reasonable and the mechanics honest. Really happy with the whole experience :)

S.Finished my night shift only to find that I had a large screw in my tyre, I went to ats Bridgend arriving about an hour before the official opening time, I explained my situation to the gentleman that came to unlock, he couldn’t have been more helpful, as soon as the doors opened he got me in and fixed my tyre in minutes, he was friendly and informative, I genuinely think that this is amongst the best customer service experience that I have ever had. I highly recommend this branch and will definitely be a repeat customer.

P. H.Excellent service from the lads. Re-gassed my air con, then it stopped working almost immediately. Took my car back in and they did their best to sort the problem. And repaired my tyre, and topped up my engine coolant. All for free for the inconvenience. Couldn't recommend them enough. Will definitely be using them for all my car needs in the future. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
