C. I.I struggle here with the workmanship if I’m honest. It’s okay, prices are thereabouts but I’m always left feeling that I’d trust other garages more. They aren’t bad but not great either.

M.Well what can I say about ETB went there today to get a quad tyre reffited (not fitted by ETB ) they were busy but gave me the option to wait which I did in this time I looked a bit closer and could see that the bead had a tear ,upon closer inspection by the fitter and myself the tyre had been badly fitted and had multiple rips .he was very confident that it would not seal and was correct after spending about 20 of his time (wasted) he carried the wheel to my van offering to fit new tyre when I get one .I though I would have to pay a small fee but no ,a lifetime customer they just got they are very professional, knowledgeable but also very fair on price keep up the good work

After a nightmare of a weekend with a blow out on one of my rear tyres on the M4 I had my car recovered to ETB which I know is fantastic in the first place, however the boys went over and above to help me. On the Sunday I typically had another puncture on my front tyre, luckily managed to get it home. Monday morning I Jacked it up and struggled to remove the tyre due to not having the correct tools, called the boys who were more than happy to give me the bits I need to take the tyre off and bring it down to them to get that replaced too. This paired with the amazing prices and voucher options for Bridgestone tyres I will hand on heart never go to or recommend anywhere else other than ETB Tyres! Thanks guys!

ETB are reasonable enough, decent prices for tyres etc. My service and MOT was a mixed bag - needed the car for two days and when I arrived only on the day did they explain that they couldn't do my fuel filter due to a problem with a plastic clip - the mechanic explained that he didnt want to risk breaking it. Fair point - but then why offer for me to come back after Xmas for it to be done? Either it can be changed or it cant! Comms werent the best either, felt like I needed to chase up what was happening.
All in all I'd use them again but there are better choices in Bridgend.
