Excellent service! I had to get repairs done quickly so I could get my mot retested the next day and travel to Salisbury. They had the car ready in time and were easy to talk to about any questions. Always a reasonable price too! Highly recommend

Go for an oil change and front brakes. Finished brakes. No oil filter. Ordered filter. no oil. ....I had come to National tyres for my convenience. They asked me to come back in an hour. When I arrived the van was delivering my new brakes. Had to wait another 45mins for them to start. Nearly an hour to do the front brakes . So there was plenty of time to check the oil and filter were present.....very poor customer service. And now can't get an oil change in time and a lot of mileage ahead this weekend....my poor baby... 4 weeks later and another 5000 miles...yes that's correct....I book my same freelander back in for another oil change. Called up on Thursday, bring it in on Saturday morning and leave it with us.."please remember to order the correct oil".."no problem". Saturday morning I turn up to fond wrong oil delivered again or so I'm told...I ask for head office or area mangers contact details and was told " you'll have to Google it". Unbelievable lack of customer care. Total lack of respect....

Highly recommended. Great customer care. And very well managed. I ordered 4 new tyres online on a Friday for fitting on a Monday. Unfortunately they we're not in stock. The customer care team were in contact with me, even over the weekend and kept me informed of the progress of my order. They made it possible to get better tyres for the inconvenience at a reduced price. The manager Layton made the visit, the transaction and the process of fitting, a very pleasent and friendly experience and even complemented me on my vehicles condition. I would use this place again 100%😁

Came here for a new tyre after seeing an offer online. Price was actually better than advertised and the new tyre was fitted within 30 minutes. The team here were also very helpful and friendly and even did a pre MOT check which was very handy. It's a smaller branch so do be prepared to wait during busy periods. This said, I would definitely use again without question

I had two new Bridgestone tyres and a wheel alignment. That was good but they should be a bit more careful handling the alloy wheels.

The workers are so nice and helpful. Me and my dad went in today with a problem with the wheel alignment on his car, ever since we had the tyres replaced somewhere else. Turns out the tyres were unbalanced and the alignment was off. Not only did National Tyres fix this for a very reasonable price but they were so nice and helpful and didn't charge us for having the tyres rebalanced. I can't say thank you enough to them.

Visited today to have a new set of front brake pads fitted and tyres checked for tread depth. Advised front discs would also need replacing as badly scored and all 4 tyres only had just ovet 2mil of tread left. The agent did me an excellent deal with a great discount. Highly recommended.

We had to stop here on a journey from Pembrokeshire to Surrey with a car making very odd noises from the rear wheels. A very charming and knowledgeable gentleman (we didn't get his name but he was from Walsall) sorted out our car and got us back on the road. A true gent, we can't thank him enough for his help. Good online prices and prompt fitting of tyres. Loses two stars as new tyres were not inflated to correct pressure (7psi under). They have posters stressing the importance of correct tyre pressures, but in this instance did not follow their own advice.
