I had a blowout on the motorway and elite tyres responded to my phone call within 20 seconds of it ringing and then told me to come along and get it fixed when three other garages in the area did not have that tire in stock. They then fixed it within 10 minutes of arriving and I was off on my holiday to Cornwall smoothly! Great price and service

MOT done and to a good standard from what I can see - higher than average price but still reasonable prices considering having to buy certain approved parts however my problem was with the customer service. Some staff were nice and approachable but some came of as rude and dismissive. Also I understand that personal items in the car may need to be moved/removed in order to perform fixes but returning to my car with items thrown in the footwell and air fresheners ripped off, broken and also thrown in the footwell I was a bit disheartened as to the respect for a customers car however old the car may be.

Why didn't I go local in the first place! I have low profile tyres that are difficult to get hold of so when I was in Bristol, I thought I'd get them there... I rang round hardly anyone had them in the city. One place that did said 1.5hr wait for service and earlier it had been 2.5hrs! Later today, I passed Elite and thought I'd give them a go... I wanted budget tyres but they didn't have any but gave me a good deal on mid-range and they started working on the car within 10mins! Fantastic!

I've been using elite tyre for years. They have always been excellent. Friendly helpful and good value. I needed two new tyres, called at 9am, they externally sourced two unusual tyre sizes and had them fitted by 10.30.

My Aston Martin would not start and the RAC could not find the fault. Elite collected the car on a low-loader the next day. Repairs completed (faulty water coolant sensor) swiftly. Good service.

The Service from Elite Tyre & Auto Care was great, after breaking down on the M5, we were taken there by the RAC, my car had blown ejected seals replaced also they picked up on a problem with the MAS and also a perished air feed pipe, I was informed by them of any work that needed doing, along with the full cost before work commencing, I also had a courtesy car for use while my car was being repaired over three days, more than happy with the service I received with very reasonable pricing on parts and labour, also happy the RAC took me there.

Быстро, четко, дешевле не находил, техосмотр стоит £29.95. Прошел правда, со второго раза, но за то обнаружили неисправности, которых сам не увидел. Всё починил, пригнал машину повторно, 15 минут, получил сертификат техосмотра и поехал. Рекомендую.
