Excellent service. The member of staff I dealt with was polite and provided a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my tyres, namely a gap in the sealant causing a leak. He remedied the problem, and although it took longer than anticipated, the service to check and repair my tyres was free of charge. A very pleased customer.

I cannot fault the service given by this branch, especially, Tom (and Ben). As a Motability customer I have used this branch for replacing my tyres when needed as it is close to work. I have always found the staff to be efficient, competent and friendly, but Tom is my knight in shining armour. I lost the keys to the D lock I have to use for security when leaving my wheelchair in the office. The maintenance guys in my office were unable to remove the lock using bolt cutters. I was at a complete loss, then in a rare lightbulb moment I thought to give Kwik Fit a call. Tom said if I was able to bring the chair in he would take a look at it. He removed the chair from the boot of my car and managed to safely cut the lock off using an acetylene torch. Thank you so much Tom and Kwik Fit. Excellent customer service, above and beyond and very appreciated :)

I had 2 failures on my mot at a different garage who said I would have to go elsewhere to get them sorted. I was anxious to get it done asap as I had less than a week left. I arrived stressed and anxious at Kwik Fit, having added to my puncture problems by losing the key for the wheel lock nut. The chap that served me was not only calm, helpful and professional but he spotted the loose key on the ground underneath the car! They couldn't do the work on-the-day to replace the tyre as they were fully booked. However, they quickly swapped to the emergency wheel and I returned the following day for the repaired wheel fitting. I was treated with such care, they really deserve a 5 star review.

Helpful staff found the problem in my headlight and fitted a new bulb in less than 5 minutes. I had booked an appointment as they are always busy but I was early and they took care of me straight away. I always use this branch as it’s local and the staff are always friendly.

Called in to have them look at a puncture and they were able to get onto it straight away. Unfortunately couldn't be repaired because of where the puncture was located so it needed a new tyre. The guys gave me a good price and replaced it, all done and dusted within half an hour. Always found Kwik Fit customer service excellent and prices very reasonable without the usual ' upselling ' other companies seem to do.

Have been using this branch for 20 years for brakes, tyres and exhausts. Always excellent service and reasonable prices. Special mention to Tom who always takes time to explain what work needs to be done, and treats everyone like a VIP. If everything is fine he tells you so - no inflated recommendations to get extra work. A service I feel I can trust. Happy to recommend.

On our way to Bristol, and my warning light came on for my tyre pressure, we went to the closest place which Google showed us; and thank goodness we did. A lovely experience, my tyre pressure was checked, no puncture, just a leaky valve, which was replaced for free. Definitely a 5 star review, I would definitely recommend them. Fantastic experience all-round - second time I've visited in 6 months (both for tyre repairs from a puncture) and both front of house and the fitters were polite, friendly, funny and caring. I worked in a main dealer for years and the experience was second to none here too. Went in 8/4/20 @ 12:30 roughly. 5/5 would recommend.

Went to this centre for some advise on an issue I was having with my 07 plate mondeo. Centre manager John diognosed the problem within minutes. It turned out the issue was the cam sensor which cost £30 other garages had told me this repair was going to cost hundreds to sort as the car kept cutting out. The part was ordered and replaced within a few hours. Highly recommend this garage to anyone. Spot on service John Has expert knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Can't thank these guys enough for saving me hundreds of pounds on needless repairs quoted at other garages . A1 SERVICE from a great garage.

Can't praise the Bath Road branch enough. What a fantastic manager you are Tom. Only had a new tyre fitted at my local kwik fit in Stratford on Avon branch before my journey to Bristol, 15 miles after my journey started, warning pressure for front left . Made it to the Whiteladies branch, who refused to even take a look. Wouldn't ring round to see if anyone else would help. I use KWIKFIT a lot for both my cars (serially as I change them over the years) and my campervan, which I’ve had for years. Tyres mainly. Air con too. I was really impressed how a booked appointment to sort out my campervans air con was kept, even though they were super busy. I find staff can be a bit grumpy when at the reception and I wonder whether it’s very tough being an engineer/mechanic and front of house too. It doesn’t bother me but I was a bit patronised which made me feel uncomfortable.
