Over the past 20 years my family have taken our cars to this branch. Have never been able to fault them or their work or professionalism. Just before Christmas I had a power steering issue and fluid leak, they booked me in swiftly and dealt with the issue. They explain things clearly and in a way I can understand and are a top team. At 9.30 on a Monday morning left my home to take my BMW to Bath for Service and MOT, only to see that the tyre pressure alarm came on as soon as I started the engine. Rear runflat was nearly flat. Popped into Old Sodbury branch. and explained my predictiment to Luke the manager. He was right on it and showed me the big screw embedded in my tyre. Luke ordered the required replacement tyre and put air in the tyre which enabled me to travel to Bath. I had an appointment the following day to have the new tyre fitted but a free hours before asked if they could fit me in a little earlier to enable me to take my wife to the Doctors.No problems The customer service was excellent from start to finish and the price of the tyre was also very good..

Absolutely brilliant team at this branch. Last night 5 mins before closing I hobbled my VW Golf in with a blown tyre hoping they'd be able to help me put my spare on. The guys there already had their coats on, bless them, but still got the jack out to help me. After trying a couple of different things they weren't able to get the nuts off, but said I was welcome to leave the car there overnight and that they could have another go in the morning. I really needed to get home though so was sitting there thinking what else I could do when the manager turns up, by coincidence to wait for a parcel. He offered to have another go, and this time managed to get the wheel off. No charge, just happy to help. Couldn't be more impressed. Definitely would recommend these guys.

Great customer service, honest, fair and knowledgeable team. Always very rapid service. Wife and I have been using them for a number of years, best Kwik Fit I've ever encountered. Recently had an issue with something they did, without any hesitation they apologised, rectified the situation and offered a refund. Once found a nail in my tyre. Took it in expecting the worst, they looked at it immediately and confirmed that actually it did not need either repairing or replacing. They are also doing a lot to raise money for a children's cancer charity.

i First when to this kwick fit several Months ago and had quite an unpleasant experience. Dubious about returning there I was really surprised in how nice and polite the staff are now, I was especially pleased with Luke who I think is the new manager there now. I was there for a service and he explained to me what was going on every step of the way which put me at ease straight away. Popped in to Kwik Fit Chipping Sodbury last Wednesday 29 of January to get my air conditioning recharged Luke the manager was excellent very professional and knowledgeable 45 minutes later Luke had tested and recharged the air con all good to go.
