Fantastic service. Professional , friendly and trustworthy. Can't praise Jamie and his team high enough. Visited today with a problem with my brakes . They quickly identified the problem ordered the part and had me back on the road stress and hassle free and all at a very competitive price . To find a trustworthy garage is worth it's weight in gold. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and a lovely friendly team .

We arrived about 30 minutes early at the centre for our MOT, but didn't have to wait around as they started the test a few minutes later. The guy we spoke to was really helpful and any advisories were made clear to us before we left. Would definitely come here for future MOTs.

Very impressed with the service I got from Kwik Fit Nailsea on Wednesday 8th June. Jamie is very calm and customer focused. I watched him handle a variety of situations and listened to how he addressed customers and their needs. If Jamie epitomises how Kwikfit operate nationally, then you have really turned things around. I saw the same qualities in Liam when he was doing the job. It demonstrates good recruitment, good customer facing training and a good approach to retaining and expanding your customer base. Customers can be awkward at times but all those I saw in your reception area were clearly very happy with the service they received from Jamie even WHEN there were little issues to sort out. Well done!!

Great Service from Dan & Liam. On a Wednesday evening around 515pm I called to try my luck as I had a puncture and my spare was not ideal. They had two of my unusual size tyres in stock and fitted them that evening! Better than that though, they were polite and friendly the whole way through, offering advice and even staying on after 6pm to make sure I could drive home that evening. Well done guys. I'll be back and sure to recommend :-)

On holiday in our campervan in the area and called in to have what we thought was a loose exhaust tightened up. (It had happened before) We left it with Shane who checked it over, made sure it was secure and sent us on our way with no charge. We returned later in the day because the rattling got worse. Shane took it for a quick test drive and identified a rattle on the rear wheel. Turned out that two bolts had come off the brake caliper which was loose and rattling around. Again...no charge!! I booked a MOT for 0915, having explained to the person who took the booking I had to pick up my wife afterwards. He told me it would be no more than 45 minutes. My key was taken at 0917 after completing paperwork. At 0935, my car had not moved from the parking bay. On asking the operative when it might be done, he went off into a rant; “they book unrealistic times” and then started listing all the things he had to do. I asked who “they” were, and he didn’t answer this, but gave me a handout to scan and write this review. I explained to him that if the timings were unrealistic, he could tell his phone answering colleague to communicate with customers that this was the case. Blaming someone else and not being honest with customers seems to be a poor way to behave, even if the underlying problem is the management of the company. However, having complained a bit, the operative checked with me that I still had time for him to do the MOT, he then did it quicker than his estimate and raised his game generally. The reception guy also started to explain to people that they were running late and improved his telephone communication. The problem in this place seems to be the management, as when I pointed out an issue, the guys seemed to take note. A willing workforce working in a badly managed place perhaps. It also struck me that a place like this, with lots of customers, and a workforce who don’t financially benefit from more work, are less likely to suggest doing unnecessary work on your car. I am taking my other car for its MOT later and the reception guy offered to call me before my appointment to let me know if running late, what a turnaround! I hope it will continue!

My car broke down in a supermarket while on route to a job today. I saw Dan the manager from Kwik Fit, Nailsea, in the supermarket getting his lunch and asked him for his help. Kwik Fit service and care for both my vehicles and do an excellent job. When I told Dan what had happened he abandoned his lunch, helped me push car to a safe place and called for another mechanic Gary from the centre - who was also on his lunch! - to come to my aid. Gary brought with him the mobile diagnostic tool which quickly established what the issue with my vehicle was. Seconds later, the car was running and I was mobile again. These chaps are ace. They happily gave up their lunch hour to help a client in distress! They are always happy to go the extra mile for their customers and the service they provide is second to none. Highly recommended!
