Excellent service from these guys. No waiting around. Was served immediately. All the guys give me good advice and we had a good joke about paying for the tyre’s instead of taking the wife out to dinner. Wasn’t expensive at all. A very happy satisfied customer.

I was Looking for a tyre centre that don't charge ridiculous prices so came across Sam's tyres in Easton, pulled in to have my tyre changed from my space saver wheel, I was pleased with the service I received it was very busy and as I was watching the staff I could see that they was working extremely hard fitting new wheels and tyres. It reminded me of ants rushing about but in a good way. I will use again and I'm happy with the tyre I received and the cost charged. Thanyou for a great service and a quick wheel change. A Star +++ UPDATE- Brought brand new alloys online for my audi A5 and popped in to Sam's tyres to ask if they would be willing to fit the new tyres, which they did without hesitation, I could not of asked for more, great customer service from Jay who fitted the new tyres to my expensive brand new alloys with care and consideration, I could not fault the service. Called on Friday afternoon after failing an MOT at Kwik Fit, I was squeezed in on Saturday morning for a Windscreen Washer realignment, tyre replacement, brake pad replacement and an MOT all last minute. I had my car back by midday Saturday ready to take me to work on Monday. All for a very reasonable and fair price, with advice and clarity the whole way through. As somebody who is pretty clueless about cars, I never feel ripped off or misinformed at Sam's Tyres. Thank you so much!!

Asked for some new mid-range tyres, they proceeded to charge £150 for 2 “Charmhoo” tyres, not sure how they can be classed as “mid range” and cost more than my front pair of brand new Bridgestones fitted by Halford. I went ahead as I had to get them fitted immediately that afternoon for a motorway drive, but it’s a blatant rip off. On the other hand, I’ve been here many times with my old car for used tyres before, people are friendly and tyres are always fitted quickly. Tracking is never perfect and tyres are fitted with a load of tyre glue that needs cleaning off, but they always have plenty of stock and it’s super efficient. But I’d probably never come here for new tyres again unless I’m desperate. Seems like a nice family business but I’d only recommend for people who know their cars/tyres to avoid being overcharged.

Friend and I needed a puncture repair on a Sunday afternoon. The first two places we visited said no, the rest were either out ok repair kits, or weren't answering the phone. Sam's was different. They answered the phone, told us to come on over, and had the puncture fixed with the wheel back on the car in about half an hour! They were VERY busy, but service was great. Only cost £15!

Bahia is one of the stars in this Garage. As the sister of Sam (the- lawyer trained turned mechanic owner )she gets too little credit in the reviews. But then so does Sam and the team of mechanics . They work hard . They work fast. I can't opine on the negative reviews as I guess it is always possible things don't work out all the time but my personal experience was of a family run business with a genuine consideration for the customer outcome. It can't be for nothing that so many taxi drivers use this place and my personal experience ( a mot and tyre repair) was very good. The work that needed attention was not delivered in a pushy "you'd best get this done now " tone . In fact quite the opposite. I'll be using them again. Clearly many others do. It does not mean they are perfect! Sam ,for example, is reluctant to share his Uber delivered Big Mac for lunch. And there's no shiny reception area with coffee machine and faux leather chairs that never appear used. But if its a no nonsense approach , no frills service with fair prices then this is your place.

I went for my car for MOT, there were a very helpful young lady named Habeeba. Regarding Tyres there were brand new ones and used ones, I managed to buy a pair of new tyres for £80 but I went back after a couple of months and bought the same tyres for the front of the car but I was charged £90 even though the same advertised old prices are still on the wall. the business reflects diversity. you can see workers of every background there, but I hope more women will join. They are open 7 days a week, for those who can't leave their jobs to fix their cars. Should one have to wait for a long time to fix his/her car on the same day, there are no place to set or wait if you are disabled or can't stand up for long periods but if the weather is good I suggest taking a rest on one of the seats in the nearby park round the corner, very peaceful place with positive vibes.

I was able to book car in at short notice. Was told by a previous garage that I'd need new suspension and front discs. It turned out to be a worn lower arm bush. The discs didn't need replacing either! Very good price for full service. The phoned me at every stage to request authorisation for necessary additional work e.g. leaking turbo pipe. Those fitting tyres are enthusiastic & hard working, but not enough staff, also lack of team work. However, no masks being warn by any staff even though website states this is being done. Feels like it needs to be more organised. Tyres were being thrown from shipping containers down onto ground level near people, these were then rolling out into main entrance, so health and safety a little questionable. Prices not visible and seem to be made up on the spot, so beware it is not a level paying field, more a bartering system which needs to be changed to be in line with consumer laws, also the receipt was non-itemised meaning price breakdown was disguised. Felt like there was more than meets the eye with this place, not 100% comfortable about it to return.

Life savers! Omg absolutely lost my mind with the RR Sport. Had a slow puncture, had to keep stopping every 15 mins to refill air in at service station. Then had to resort to the portable air compressor which burnt out the 12v socket eventually. Went to 3 different tyre shops on a saturday and was turned away saying they had to order the tyre in, priced at over £200 for a new scorpion something tyre to match my other 3. Glad I found Sam's! They had a huge selection of part worn (barely worn tbh) tyres. Got the exact same matching tyre for £60. Part worn but excellent condition with loads of tread!! 5* Highly recommend

I took my Taxi to these thieves and they ripped me off, they showed me the tyres they were going to fit, i said yes £35 each, very good tread, but as i couldn't see them fit the tyres as it was in the corner of the workshop i didn't see that they replaced all the tyres with very low grade runners that had little tread but still charged me £35 per tyre i went back to complain and ended up in a row with the guy in charge of fitting the tyres he was swearing at me and was very disrespectful to me and told me i didn't know what i was talking about, but i saw the tyres he said he would fit and the ones he fitted were a lot older i wouldn't recommend any Taxi drivers going here unless you want to loose your money and even get points on your licence for bad tyres i will be complaining to citizens advice and reporting them to the police for being dishonest

I took my car there today for new tyres before an MOT. My horn was not working either. I asked if they could look at it and they explained that it was not really their speciality so I left my car expecting the tyres to be done, but not the horn. I paid my bill, for tyres only. On arriving back home I thought I'd have another look at the horn to see if I could fix it. I didn't need to it worked. I phoned up to say I owed them more money for fixing the horn..I was told it was fine. Great service, nice people. Why use a big chain company when you can use a local company that provides an amazing service?
