Stopped in on Bank Holiday Thursday and saw Andre the operations manager who done me a good deal on 2 Michelin Cross Climate tyres. Very good service quick and efficient, would highly recommend. Thanks Again.

I am really impressed with their attention to detail. I needed a job done before leaving Bristol. All the Kwik Fits were booked up for days or weeks. They suggested Tyre Pros. So I used this garage slightly nervous not having looked up the reviews! Despite the potential lengthy job, they fitted me in the next day with a very experienced mechanic being available all day if needed. They were realistic about how long it could take in the worst case scenario. My brakes were taken completely to bits, little details were checked that other garages haven't mentioned checking in the past. I found the mechanic very knowledgeable & happy to explain it all to me, adjusting to my level of previous knowledge. There was no sexism. I asked them to do a few other jobs too. Once they had examined & photographed everything, they sent me a report & I had a choice whether to continue or not. This increased my trust in them. Although their prices are more expensive than where I come from, the confidence & peace of mind I got from the detailed attention my car got made it well worth it to me. The brakes work much better now.

Great help, needed last minute wheel balancing as it was not done correctly by Kwikfit. Had to come off the motorway to find a solution as the steering wheel was shaking badly. The staff helped quickly on a Sunday. The place is very tidy and the staff is nice. Thank you for your help guys.

I rang up to book a time-slot over the phone in regards to a gouge in my tyre side-wall. They offered me a slot immediately. I was unsure whether the gouge would need to be repaired or replaced, and I was expecting to be told I would need at-least 1 new tyre, maybe more. The person I spoke to was very honest and told me the gouge was not severe enough to warrant action, and did not ask me for any money for taking up their time. Would highly recommend.
