Always excellent service. Could possibly get cheaper, but would I have the confidence I have in these guys? I'll stick with the tried and tested - especially as I don't have a single negative thing to say about them. Been buying my tyres here for years, and will for years to come.

Had two flat tires in a month. Replaced within hours of calling the garage, and on the second time was told nothing to pay and have a Merry Christmas. Made my day. Great, and polite, banter in the short time spent in the waiting room. Fantastic service all round.

I've been going to Atlas Tyres for many years and they are great. Went there this week to have freshly powder coated gloss black alloys and tyres fitted to to my mini cooper jcw. Fitted perfectly without a mark on the rims. Friendly, professional good guys.

What a lovely team at the Atlas Tyre garage in Llantwit Street. Called me before to book a specific time slot, everything was faster than expected, and spot on customer service. Use Priest Road garage for all needs and they recommend Atlas and they were so friendly and easy! Booked online that night with reasonable pricing for a new tyre! So, I took my car in for a new tyre and they broke the wheel. So why 5 stars? I didn't know to begin with that the wheel had been damaged, and neither did they. The following day the tyre was flat and I called them about it, they said bring the car straight back. They checked the tyre fitting was correct and then notice the wheel had a crack in it. At this point they could have easily said that's the issue and I should drive more carefully. But they didn't. Instead they inspected the crack and then determined it was most likely there fault! From here they offered to replace the wheel. I was unable to obtain the same wheel in the same colour, so they had a wheel of another colour professionally sprayed to colour match the existing wheels. This all took a couple of weeks due to shipping delays which was kind of frustrating, but at least it's all sorted now. I write because things in life do go wrong, when they do it's good to know that a company will take responsibility and do the right thing. I'd highly recommend them to everyone. Great job guys :)

Chose it initially because their website was the easiest and most comprehensive. Booked late at night for the afternoon time slot and they called me first thing in the morning to arrange a more specific time (this is during Covid times). Gents were all polite & informative. Thought I would need a new tyre (slow/fast leak) but they fixed mine for a fraction of the price and in about half a hour. Definitely would use them again.

Needed 3 of my own bought tyres to be fitted, asked for quote via online. They range me back the same day and gave a price. When I then rang to arrange an appointment, they could do it the same day. Followed all the necessary covid precautions which was very reassuring. Excellent value and great customer service. Happy to recommend.

I broke down on the M4 today due to a blow out on my tyre. Stranded, I phoned my garage who recommended Atlas Tyres. I contacted Atlas and asked if my recovery driver could bring my car in. The staff were fantastic! They made immediate space for me, without any time pressure to arrive. My car was fixed in 30 mins and for a brilliant price! Thank you so much all!

I was in a real pinch on a Saturday at midday and needed a tyre replaced due to a puncture. Rang them up through my mechanic and they were just starting to close up shop but stayed open a bit longer to save my day. Very professional and polite. Got the tyre changed over and checked the pressure of my space-saver and put it back in the boot all in under 5mins! Respectable price too with no extra charge being a weekend emergency. Could not be happier. My new place to get tyres from now on. Cheers guys!

Fantastic service today. Had a puncture on my way to a hospital appointment. No spare wheel so having a near meltdown that I would be late for my appointment. Telephoned Atlas Tyres who said they would help and managed to get there before the tyre completely went. It was appointment only but they made an exception and changed the tyre immediately so we could be on our way to the hospital. I am extremely grateful. First class service

Amazing service. I went in needing new tyres at around 10am. They asked if I'm ok to wait for the tyres to be delivered (they had to order them in specifically). I said of course, expecting it to be a couple of days....was told to come back at 3pm. That's some next level service. Not 5/5 because I did have to ring them and ask, they said they'd ring me when they're in, but it got to around 4.30 and I decided to ring them...they were confused and had forgotten about me basically. BUT, tyres were in and they did them as soon as I arrived.
