Good service, on the spot tyre check with automated report. Honest about tyre needing change or not and gives you milage. Good time management and did the job perfectly.

Fantastic customer service. Despite being very busy, they still looked at my car when the low tyre pressure warning light came on. They took the wheel off and tried to find the puncture without success. They could have easily sold me a tyre but instead pumped up all three tyres, rear the warning light and told me to come back in the morning if the light came back on. Couldn't have been more helpful if they tried.

I went to celtic tyres to get 4 tyres put on my car and a tracking. They put the tyres on and only adjusted one side of my tracking so it took my steering way out of line. I called up bathwick tyres and spoke to a manager called Scott. He told me to come down at 4pm and he'd adjust it for me when he put it on the machine it came up that it was in the red again. But he adjusted it with heat and managed to get my steering wheel spot on straight and took the time to make sure we were happy before leaving. As I've been isolating I haven't driven my car very much. When I drove to the vaccine station this week I noticed the grip on my tyres wasn't as strong. I looked up Beswick Tyres and called in this morning not realising due to covid you need to make an appointment. The young man explained the new procedure, but said he would fit me in to do a winter assessment. The service was quick, professional and covid safe. Thank you for your help.

Well I pop in after washing my car and noticed cracking around my tyre Lee one of the guys there had a look for me.after look he said that's the original tyre on it well I said it cant be the car 11 years old .after take it off to renew he showed me the date on tyre well how gob smack I was shows u they really no there job ..thanks again lee
