D. J.I've taken numerous cars to Celtic over the years with absolutely no drama. My latest experience I took my Saab for 4 wheel alignment, after it was done it was a mess, steering was out and pulling badly. Rung Celtic and there was no drama, I dropped it back in and they found my steering wheel calibration was way out. They recalibrated it twice and re aligned it for me. No fuss, no complaints. Can't fault a garage that's willing to put everything right. Thanks!

D. D.Took my car here for a 4 wheel alignment. After adjustments were made I found the car to not be driving that we'll. Looking at the alignment sheet I found that they had the wrong model of car down. Mini R56. I have an F56 which is the newer model. Went back the following day and they put it all right we re-adjustment.
All good now, and would have been 5 stars apart from the 1st mistake.

S. D.Had two new tyres and a repair done back in December last year. Service was good from what I experienced and the price was reasonable.
However.... I’ve just had my car MOT’d and it has failed as they put one of the tyres on the wrong way round. This has obviously cost me money to put right. I contacted them and whilst friendly and apologetic, they did not offer to refund me the money I have had to spend on getting the issue fixed. They offered to “help me out” if I was in the area again, but given as my tyres are basically fine/new and I live in Wiltshire, I can’t really see that happening!
