G. A.On my first visit very friendly staff adjusted my tracking and wheel alignment whilst I waited. Fantastic service! I was advised to bring the car back after a month or so and have it re checked. So I did that and on my second visit the same thing, great friendly welcome and faultless service. Car was checked over (for free) and confirmed all was fine.
Highly recommend for a great job, friendly staff and very good price.

I had been advised by another garage that I needed a new tyre, however discount tyres checked it thoroughly twice and insured it was safe so it saved me money from getting a new tyre for no reason. The mechanic (Cory) was so helpful and nice. I will definitely be going back there again for any car problems in the future.

N. J.Range of both budget And superior tyres in stock so that there is something to suit all. A large car-park, so access is easy and stress-free. But in particular, the workshop staff have a very nice attitude - polite and respectful, and are keen to tailor the service to your requirements - I was impressed by that. Quite a different experience from that in some other garages I have visited.

I must say, when you get excellence service, you should tell people.
I took my car in for a small problem with my boot, the car was under warranty. We all know what warranty cover is like, its like trying to get blood from a stone.
Simon was the mechanic who was dealing with my problem. To cut a long story short, Simon's customer service was excellent, Simon chased up the warranty people up for me and kept me informed all the time. Simon went way beyond what I expected from him.
All the staff in the Newport Rd branch are very good and I have never experienced bad service. They never work on your motor if its not needed, very honest and exceptional service.
Will recommend this branch to all my friend's and family.

B. S.Definitely a hidden gem off Newport road. Don't bother with Kwik Fit over-priced nonsense. These guys replaced my run flat that had a nail in it, for the price that day I could afford. Done in less than 15 mins and I didn't book, just turned up. :) 5 Stars

E. S.I had a flat tyre last night and the recovery guy recommended Discount tyres just off Newport road so I thought I'd give it a go (having only used a garage in Cardiff once or twice total). I turned up first thing in the morning when they opened and I was in and out and all sorted within 20mins. Friendly service, reasonable price. Today I had a slow puncture which at first thought was a screw in the tyre but the fitter had a keen eye and also found a tear in the sealing rim. It meant a new tyre but it would have meant a return visit if the rear had been missed
