Amazing garage to visit when you have car trouble, all the staff there are amazing and kind. I have been there many occasions for car repairs and even turned up unannounced and they have been supportive and done great cheap repairs towards my vehicle. The garage there is tidy and looks very smart. Always feel happy to hand my keys over for them to repair my car any day! :D :D

Great attitude in this place, when a garage says to you if you to the cheaper places for an MOT they’ll pick up on every little thing and fail you to make more money. In this case not true. I knew I needed my tyres done but they beat the price of the normal place I go to which apparently the cheapest in Cardiff. I needed my locking wheel nuts taken off, got quoted £50 - these guys did it for £20. Took my own oil and filter and they didn’t mind and only charged me £20. This place is probably the best experience I’ve had when it comes to garages. Well done keep up the good work.

I've always had good experiences at this specialist motor servicing and repair centre - of course, they don't do everything and wouldn't claim to, I do need to use another trusted garage for things these guys don't do. I should explain that my experience with HiQ has been mainly at their Wood Green, London centre, but my experience at Cardiff was all that my experience in London had led me to expect.
