B. H.Had a puncture on M4 near Cardiff, managed to fit space saver but needed it replacing asap. The Kwik fit on Newport Road was the closest , it is a small site and was really busy, they took our name and put it on a list that meant everybody got seen in order. We were served by Harry who was great but all the staff were really polite, friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend using this branch of Kwik Fit and this has made us willing to use other branches.
C. R.Found a screw in one of my rear tyres on the way to work, a lovely gent named Paul told me to come straight down and they'd a have a look as soon as they could. Within half an hour the puncture was repaired and I was on my way. I cannot fault the staff and service that was provided.
R. J.After finding a nail in one of my tyres coming back from a holiday I spent quite a lot of time in 2 Kwik Fit branches over the weekend - Bedminster in Bristol and Newport Road in Cardiff. I was very impressed with all of the staff in both branches - they were polite and helpful and sorted a tyre swap, and puncture repair, for me without hassle. Very nice to see customer service like this!
S. W.I Had an issue with a dust cap that I couldn't remove to inflate my tyre. The guys at Kwik Fit removed it, replaced the valve, checked the inner wall of the tyre and returned the keys to me in a matter of minutes. Whilst waiting I noticed that the staff would explain to other motorists what they were doing to effect repairs to their vehicle. Thanks guys. I expected to pay for a new tyre. Instead you did it for free. You were brilliant and professional.

1.Good service from friendly lads who work hard and help wherever they can. Swapped from our old purveyors of tyres to these because of range and decent prices and better service. Bought the 2 year tracking service which we've used a couple of times. Came in with what we thought was an exhaust problem and they got it up of the ramp for a thorough inspection, free and all ok, but they can't take the panels off the bottom of the car, need a different garage for that. Beware the seagulls - you might need a bucket of water after the visit. Can be very busy and may have to wait a while, even if booked.
EDIT - next time i went, the tyres ordered on Sunday on the website were not there for the booked appointment first thing on Wednesday. They were able to get some others for the afternoon, meaning another hour spent, but not the tyres ordered. Disappointing, but the lads were fine.
T. P.Prompt and professional. Good positioned in Newport Road they are open until 18:00 as I came late after 5:00 pm so I guess I have sorted out quite quickly as I observed that something is wrong with one of the tyres. They advise me about the exhausted tyres and definitely if will not be so expensive I will replace it immediately. 160 £ to change both tyres on the rear side. I get the treatment for the nail in the left front and paid £ 25 all together with the hand work. I am grateful as I need the car in the morning early.

Did their very best to ensure that I was comfortable by running me home, rang me to say that the car was ready despite my fears that it would take longer than the day to complete the work.

P. L.Motability customer. Arrived as a walk-in as they opened. Young man greeted me and I explained it was a motability car and that I suspected a puncture. Took my keys no problem. Sat and waited, all sorted on under half hour - no messing or shenanigans. This is the Newport Road centre!

A. P.Easy on line ordering and booking fitting date/ time The site is on a busy main road can be can be difficult to access. Quick, efficient, checked alignment for me too, was ok, no charge. Web site easy to navigate and you can select the tyre you want - compares prices and fitting charges etc. Staff really helpful. leaving the site is easy . 5 star + . ordered and paid on line in advance really helpful in avoiding any possible delays if your time is important - out in 20 minutes

My car was due to be returned but suffered a puncture, they went well out of the way to help and locate be a tyre, however, a few days later I had another puncture. The team told me to stay at home and called me every day until they had a tyre. They then called and advised me a time to come in as they knew I had to get back to work. They minimised my cost knowing the car was being returned and gave me a 5* service! I would never go anywhere else :-)

S.I had my tyre's checked as I was going on a long journey to Blackpool and back from Cardiff and I wanted to make sure that they were in good condition for the trip and they were good, except the tyre was flashing up as something was wrong and I had to take it to garage to find out what was wrong, he said whoever done your tyre's put them to be checked at 250 miles ,well he knew I was going to do that so why wasn't I warned about this.

A. C.Excellent service - fitters started very shortly after my arrival for appointment. Quickly carried out the free electronic alignment check and advised tracking out and new tyre needed. This was rectified and new tyre fitted. However there was little explanation of the data used as basis for advice. I asked to see old tyre and asked what was wrong. This was met with blank look until another fitter arrived with a tyre tread guage. OK the measurement was 2mm but not a fail and no discussion offered. Advice - stay aware!

Glyn was like a breath of fresh air. Genuinely a kind and caring guy who could not be more helpful if he tried. It was a bit busy in there and obviously a lot going on but this wasn’t displayed to me and I was welcomed in and within an hour I was driving home with icy cold air con, having had a lovely chat with Glyn. He truly went above and beyond by helping me to find wiper blades online which they didn’t stock and had lots of handy tips for me. A true superstar. I’ll be giving Halfords a wide berth from now on - I’m a Kwik Fit convert. Thanks Glyn!
H. O.I urgently needed a new tyre and Lewis Owen and his team were brilliant, checked all tyres and flagged I needed 2 new tyres and re alignment. t.Had my Golf serviced for brakes by Glyn. Found a caliper had also failed causing a lot of the issues. All fixed and replaced by the next day. Extremely happy with the service received and would definitely come again.
C. M.Absolutely fantastic experience. Saved me entirely. I had a flat tyre whilst on a 3 hour trip away from home. Managed to get to this garage at 4.45pm. However tyre needed to be transported to the garage during peak traffic. Huge thank you to Lewis for his professionalism and patience, he was determined to see me safe and back on the road that evening ready for my 3 hour journey home to my children. If it wasn’t for Lewis who was assisted by Glyn working after hours that evening I’d have been completely stranded in Cardiff. Thank you once again gentlemen for rescuing me. Would highly recommend.
J. O.2nd branch of the day after an initial poor experience. Checked in quickly and was told to expect the car to be ready in ~2hours. Popped away and came back for another 2 hours wait, so all in all around 4 hours. Would have appreciated expectations managed. Happy with the fit, but not so kwik.
E. W.Turned up needing a few tyres for my A5 and had friendly helpful service in a fairly short time. Unfortunately one of the valves on the new tyres failed nearly immediately but luckily I noticed before leaving and they rectified quickly. A mechanical rather than human failure.

A. N.Standard Kwik Fit experience, though it's a bit difficult to get on to site and leave it, with Newport Road being so busy. There's also not a huge amount of parking around the building, so many cars 'abandoned' here there and everywhere.

I had my rear disks & pads changed on my Vauxhall insignia the whole process the staff friendliness was outstanding the bloke working on my vehicle was really friendly and didn't mind talking me through my questions as I have had problems with another garage who not long ago did my disks and pads everyone I dealt with was outstanding really nice welcoming you didn't feel rushed like many garages this centre took the time to welcome there customers I cant fault at all I will 100% be returning for future work as I have been attending KWIKFIT a long time & have the service care package this has to be one of the best centres I have been to. SHAME THIS CENTRE DOSNT DO SERVICING. I SERVICE MY CAR EVERY 6 MONTHS I WOULD BE IN AT EVERY SERVICE INTALVAL IF YOU OFFERED SERVICES.
