All good, very welcoming, fitted my front tyres I bought online with perfect balancing, did front wheel alignment even though trackrods were apparently seized plus steering wheel perfectly straight which is not always the case. So hopefully no tyre wear and use them again, Thanks

I have used ProTyre Cardiff in Grangetown for several years for both my own cars and for the 4x4 and trailer of Cardiff Rivers Group. Today needed two new trailer tyres as had punctures. Just turned up and were fitted with no fuss, very quickly and at a great price. Totally recommend them!

Great guys working here, I pretty much come here almost ritually at this point. Very professional and efficient service and friendly to boot. I'm super impressed with Protyre in Grangetown, Cardiff. Just picked up my little Evie who went for a service & MOT. Great prices, MOT was cheaper than most places. She needed 2 tyres which again were cheaper than other places I've been. Easy booking online although payment is upfront which I wouldn't usually do but given my circumstances & reading their reviews I went for it. Staff polite and friendly. What more could you ask for? I'd definitely recommend and will go there for future services. I'm one happy chappy! 😁

Brilliant service all round, originally directed to Protyre Cardiff for replacement tyres following purchasing via Blackcircles online. As soon as I arrived, Geraint was first out to greet me and advise on the process. We quickly noticed I was in need of all 4 tyres changing rather than the 2 I’d initially ordered to which they provided a quote similar to what I had for the original 2 online (but were able to sort better quality tyres for slightly more). They also noticed from the areas in which the tyres had worn that it was highly likely the wheels needed aligning. They offered a free check which showed they were indeed in desperate need, which in the long run with help with tyre wear and overall handling (I can already notice the difference). All together it was an efficient, informative visit that made the hassle of car maintenance a breeze. No doubt I’ll be utilising them for all services moving forward, thanks to all the guys for your help (and the free top up on screen wash)

What a cheerful , helpful & very cheap service from the guys at Windway Tyres, Grangetown , Cardiff. Despite the pouring rain , nothing was too much trouble, to fix my puncture, while I relaxed with free refreshments, and magazines in the lovely reception. Excellent service, reception is very clean and tidy with professional staff, I was very impressed. On top of all this the price was good (at the low end of my expectations) and the cherry on the cake - loads of parking space, you can't say that about the other two tyre places on Penarth Road!

I recently visited Windway tyres and was provided with an excellent service. My Tyres arrived on the day they said and fitted the same day. I mentioned I had a rattle under the car and was advised that they do other services such as MOT and repairs and would take a quick look. I was advised that part of my exhaust needed replacing. They gave me a good price and once again the part came on time and was fitted the same day. Then to my surprise I was advised it was cheaper than my quote as only the tail end needed replacing. The Staff were approachable and courteous,This honest and refreshing approach had to be shouted out. WELL DONE WYNDWAY

My Mercedes' exhaust was a bit noisy, so I took it in to Protyre - they looked at it straight away, took a picture of the problem (which was the connection coming loose from the clamp), fixed it back together and there was no charge! I use Protyre regularly for both my cars and my son's car and they are always helpful, professional and reasonable too. I have no hesitation in giving Windway Protyre 5 stars for service!
