A. G.My visit to this fine establishment was prompted by all the compliments on the reviews, for a fine chap by the name of Andy. Well, Andy doesn't work there any more....enter the new, Paul.
Paul was super helpful, super friendly and properly informed. Paul clearly cares about customer service and is an asset to ATS.
I am a retailer myself, local to this ATS branch and I know what excellent looks like. I have no doubt that the service provided to me by the team at ATS Colchester, is a theme, as opposed to me being lucky.
Often when I have visited the "chain" branches of large companies, I have been exposed to grunting neanderthals, dragging their feet and making strange noises, as a form of communication.
Not so at ATS Colchester. They were all pleasant, communicative and clearly possessed a sense of humour.
