Jimson’s expertise and quality of service is second to none. He is professional, punctual and polite and actually makes having new boots on the jalopy a pleasurable experience. So much better than having your precious wheels mullered by a 12 year old at a National. Not only can he deal with modern cars, he was able to help out with my 60 year old classic. I had a problem with my tyre and was unsure of why it kept going flat. I called Jimson on a saturday and he came out within 20 minutes to have a look, he pumped up the tyre and came back on Monday to investigate as it was cheaper for me. Really happy with the service received. My family were having tyres changed and I required what I thought was a puncture repair, upon analysis I was advised all four tyres were out of date and were cracked due to old age. Not only did Jimson not charge for this but was back the next day to fit four new tyres for a good competitive price! Will definitely be using Jimson Tyres again.

My tyre was punctured by a pot hole, and I found Jimson via Google. He was very helpful in explaining what I needed on the phone, and although Jimson was available that day, he explained that I could save some money if the fitting was done the following day, which I was able to wait for. He arrived at exactly the time he said the next morning and fitted the tyre perfectly, which included rebalancing the wheel which was slightly damaged also. I used the website via mobile (which is more efficient and user-friendly than most corporate websites) to order the exact matching tyre I needed. A very genuine and friendly gent overall. If I could give 6 stars, this still wouldn't be enough for the end-to-end service received!

My caravan was in storage throughout the lockdown, and managed to get itself two flat tyres. I called Jimson and we spoke about the tyres. I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was on caravan tyres. I expected to pay for two new tyres, but Jimson told me I only needed new valves. He met me at my storage unit and replaced both valves and my tyres are good to go. His advice on tyre safety was brilliant. Seriously impressed. Highly recommend for any tyre fitting. I was recommended to Jimsons by my daughter when I had serious tyre problems on my Tiguan. It was a Sunday and I was completely stuck with my god-daughter in the car. Jimson found that the tyre wall had been sliced and was thin enough to almost put my finger through. A life saver to say the least. I cannot recommend Etyres & Jimson highly enough and will use him again.
