Really good customer first values!!!!! I accidentally turned up at the incorrect date for an appointment a week early (oops) and didn’t live local, I asked if they could accommodate me and they did. I felt really valued as a customer here and witnessed more good customer service when I was sat waiting for my work to be done. Really good garage to visit if you need work! Would 100% recommend. Thank you guys

Tyre blew out on M6 early morning recovery took me to Ats in Coventry.identified by Recovery Company. One problem they didnt have a tyre. Said they could get one for mid afternoon. The guys went over and above calling around to get one . They located and fitted inside two hours.Excellent service. Absolute superstars

Rang 30 mins beforehand for tyre replacement, arrived & drove straight into the tyre bay. 15 minutes later drove back out. Absolutely fantastic service especially from George, well done guys!!

Arrived 15 mins early for my appointment of the MOT and they took the car straight in. Chap on the desk today was very polite and gave me an eta when car would be done. I asked about the tracking check and they knew bout the offer and asked if I had a voucher made everything nice easy process. Would recommend nice respectful garage and nothing was any bother for them.

Rapid response to my plea for help with a stalling Mokka. Lucky for me they had a clear early gap . 15 minute fix for coil pack fitted, and the “price was right”, less than reported by some unfortunates on the Mokka owners forum . Good guys, good service as usual. Many thanks.

Ace team at ATS ! Car was making some crazy sounds and they inspected and fixed the issue free of charge! It was a stone wedged into the breaking system 🤦 also "Jason" (probably not his name due to my short term memory) 🤦 was a dude and deserves 5 starts and a promotion. So expect to see great things from him for managing to get me in the schedule at short notice. 10/10 would visit again 😅😘

The service was great took a lot of care with the car. Staff were polite and friendly. Downside the waiting room is cold and not as clean. I was there a couple of hours with a toddler. The toliet didn't have baby changing facilities and not very clean. I always carry a mat and anticeptic as this isn't the first place with no baby changing facilities, I changed him on the floor. There is a lack of magazines and no TV. They do need something in the waiting area to kill the time. The toy table they have is dirty that needs a good clean. All in all the area is not child friendly. I was glad my son was well behaved he was absolutely facinated by the cars and what was happening. He loved feeling the tyres on display. It would have been nice to have free WiFi so I could stream cartoons. Based on the service to change my car tyres I can not fault them. They took their time to make sure they didn't damage the car. All done by hand that's why it took so long.

Top marks for service at ATS when my fish delivery van broke down on my round in Coventry. Without help from Justin who went out of his way to assist me I would have been stuck 100 miles from home with little prospect of carrying on work. Justin helped me to get the van going and saved me from losing the fish on board - a long wait for a recovery truck back to Grimsby would have been the only alternative.

John and the team always over delivery for me. ATS have a fixed menu but this bunch are always prepared to go the extra mile. Recently had a snapped spring in a Merc and they got it back to me a day earlier than promised. Their service costs on my Chrylser put the local dealer to shame. ATS should give these guys full ODB test/reset equipment and they'd clean up in Coventry.
