Called up from work as I had a puncture, the guy on the phone was really helpful in saying to bring it straight down. When I arrived, I want waiting more than 5 mins. They found a screw, checked to see if it was repairable, and it was! I was so impressed with their honesty, and efficiency. I would recommend. They also advised me that I would soon be needing the tyre replaced, but put no pressure on me to do it there and then. Just to go back when I'm ready.

Got a low tyre pressure warning on my car while away from home, suspected puncture from debries on the motorway. Phoned up and they said to bring it down straight away, drove it in and everything checked. Luckily no puncture as I suspected so was sent on my way knowing my tyres were in good shape. Great service and would recommend. Would go back if they weren't 80 miles from home!

Have been embarrassed before at other lesser places when my tyre pressure light has come up so was worried about how I would be treated here. So pleased that I wasn’t made to feel stupid and I would highly recommend. I had a puncture the last time my warning light came on with one place telling me to check my pressure at a petrol station and the other place charging me an extortionate amount for a new tyre. This time three of my tyres had low pressure and it was no bother for them to be inflated to standard. If I had needed a new tyre the prices were excellent and I would have been happy to buy one from here. I will always return to Tyre Pros from now on as the service is just superb!

Visited the Humber road garage on a Friday afternoon for a tyre replacement and found it was really busy. The technician explained it would be about a 20 minute wait which I thought was not to bad considering you can just pull in without an appointment. Had the work carried out which was about 10 minutes to a very good standard and also a reasonable price. Would definitely be going back in future.

Took my car in after a blow out for an emergency replacement, with a suspicion I needed all tyres done and a few days after my MOT flagged my brake discs would also need to be replaced soon. I called Tyre Pros this morning when my tyre pressure light came on. The guy I spoke to was incredibly helpful and asked for me to bring my car in to have a look. I didn’t have wait and drove straight in. There was a nail in one of my tyres. Phil was very helpful in explaining what the problem was and the possible options. Thankfully I did not require a new tyre and it was repaired. I think the whole process took around 15minutes. I was recommended them by a family member and I would recommend anyone to check them out with any related car/ tyre issues as they are so helpful and friendly. I will be a returning customer.

Went in today 27/8/22 for a oil and filter change...... Excellent service and I was booked in for 11am but I rang and asked if I could come down earlier and they said yes so all done in about 45mins

Very good service, the manager Chris is very friendly and professional. I was in a rush but had to change my tyres before the MOT, I was given a 30 minutes time window but they finshed it all in 20 minutes and I was good to go. Sooo... "The Dreaded", I had an unexpected puncture on my car. I was passing through Coventry when this happened. I live the opposite side of town from these guy's. Just pot luck that coming down Binley road this was the nearest tyre garage. Near to closing time of this garage, Phil the manager squeezed my job in. Dealt with the issue... Swift and professional. Coming to pay, he advised me X2 tyres were soon to be desperately needed. (end of shift, hardly an up sell when all staff wanted to go home) So out of appreciation for Phils honesty and professionalism. I returned a few days later and had X2 tyre's replaced. I was able to get back on the road in no time.. Fair priced! Efficient! Professional and polite! Why bother going anywhere else? I certainly won't be, huge thanks Phil 😁

I can't rate these guys highly enough. Booked an appointment online last night for first thing this morning. Got there, assessed within 10 minutes, I was shown exactly what the issue was and how it was causing a problem. Went back into the office and got a fully detailed quote on what everything would cost. I was advised the work would take 2 hours and invited to wait with free coffee. 45 minutes later the work was done and the price matched the quote exactly, drove away and immediately noticed the difference. Top notch service, great guys.

On arrival on Wednesday 19th May, i was informed that i would be next to be seen to as there were two other cars being worked on at the time. A chap with a beard and wearing a woolie hat came to my assistance, he was very knowledgable and explained about how the different tyre pressure systems work and things that have to be taken into account when working on todays cars. He was friendly and was very good at his job. I was impressed with how they worked. I would have given 5 stars accept that in the waiting room there was no coffee machine which would have been nice even if you had to pay for it, there was a water machine which did'nt work. This is the second time that i have used Tyre City in Humber Road, and will use it again. Keep up the good work lads.

I called into Tyre City last Saturday morning 16/5/20 with a puncture I had no appointment slot but Kyle was able to deal with it straight away. Very efficient replacement of a couple of tyres with balancing thrown in. Didn't try to sell me anything not needed - not worth doing alignment until afterwards as I'm likely to have a shock absorber changed next week due to MOT advisory. Ordered a continental tyre to replace one that was on the limit. Although you don't book a 'slot' so to speak, I got my tyre done within 30mins of being there. I got alignment, balancing (and obviously the fitting of the tyre) done when I was there. Friendly service, would definitely recommend. Tyres are pricey regardless where you go but going here saved me about £40 compared to the likes of Kwik Fit and a few other local tyre shops.
