Had my tyre puncture repaired. From the point I called in the morning to book my car in for same day repair and the work that was carried out by the guys was fantastic. I am more than happy to recommend this branch.

Excellent service for essential repairs. I left the car with them and within minutes fault quickly found and put right. As only one small component needed to be replaced, there was no charge. You can't say anything better than that. I shall certainly return when the tyres need replacing.

Really pleased with my experience at ATS Derby, in an era when no-one really seems bothered about customer service any more and when it's tempting to assume that you'll get slapdash treatment wherever you go. Tremendously competitive price on a pair of premium tyres, efficient service, good communication - and the footwell wasn't left all grubby afterwards, nor was anything damaged by the fitter whilst fitting the tyres. They definitely get my vote and I'll be getting my next tyres there too.

Great team here now! My daughter has just had her car serviced here too and she couldn't speak any more highly about them. Honest and non pushy advice given. They can often be quite busy so i would advise making sure you have booked but the guys on the front counter did everything they could to get me seen the same day 👍

Couldn't provide the service I required. Issue with the low ride height on my vehicle, not their fault. Put a refund through for the online payment and recommended somewhere I could get the work done. So customer service was great. Can't comment on any work done this visit though, although previous work there has been great.

Had a fantastic experience at ATS derby. They fitted some new alloys and tyres to my BMW Z4 and I can’t praise them enough. The fitter and the manager both got involved to work on my car and they were both really helpful and friendly. I’d highly recommend this local business to others in Derby. The Manager even supplied me with sheets to protect the interior of my car as I was taking my old wheels and tyres home. Great service 👍

Pricewise they are alittle bit top end but when balanced with the service given you can not complain in the slightest. I seemed to have a really good experience and they were really helpful. Ended up getting my tracking done as it being out had damaged my tyres and I was on my way within an hour. I commented on how impressed I was and the Manager asked if I minded completing a review online which I don't normally bother with but there we go

I have just returned from the Derby branch and I have to say how impressed I was with not only the service and speed I was in and out but how nice it was to see the manager in there wiping everything down and even asked someone to wait at his car until they were ready to see him as I was already in the reception area. Even cleaning the chip machine and computers. Very very impressed

Saved my day! I got a flat tyre and just showed up and asked if they could fix it. The gent on the front desk booked it in then and there they fitted a new tyre and checked the alignment for free for me and also made me a brew. Service was efficient, polite and friendly would definitely recommend and made a bad situation as good as they could.

Attended here to get my air-conditioning fixed on my son's car. I had purchased a Groupon voucher which was £38 for an air con service. Which is a great saving as it is normally £60. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even made me a cup of coffee whilst I waited.

Top guys at this ATS branch. Got my damaged tyre sorted very quickly. I do have to say they are really busy and seems like they could do with a couple of extra bodies but the service I received wasn't comprimised in the slightest. I will continue to use this branch in the future

I think there are some internal issues at the company leading to a bit of working to rule hence 90mins for 2 tyres to be changed. Friendly staff all the same, just a shame their management dont look after them as they should.

Pretty impressed with Gary and his team. We had a Hertz rental we needed to urgently get a flat tire replaced on. It was 3pm on a Friday afternoon, and after calling ATS branches in Evesham, Burton, Birmingham and Redditch, the Derby team were the only guys to happily offer the service. They completed it with skill, expertise and a genuine desire to provide great service. Well done guys!

Just visited here with a screw in my tyre. The service I received was fantastic from Gordon in the office to the mechanic friendly and efficient. Checked over my tyre and assured me no damage had been done. He could of said anything and advised me to have a new tyre but he didn’t he showed me how it went into the tread and deserves credit for honesty. Many thanks.

Came to get my partners tyres done the other day and have to say how much better the service was compared to that we have received in the past. Young man that served us was extremely helpful and actually engaged in conversation and provided some sound advice around the tyres that were best for us and the usage of the car. Alot better service than the rocker guy that used to work there. Overall was very happy and ATS have certainly regained our custom 👍

Outstanding service from the Derby branch. I went in for a knocking noise to be diagnosed and albeit I spent alot more as I needed the brakes doing, a wishbone and tyres a thorough job was completed. I even returned for my MOT.

Initially I went to ATS to get my air con re-gassed. One of their mechanics checked my tyres because I thought I had a slow puncture. Turned out I didn't and my tyres had perished and had worn on the inside. I was advised to change the tyres and they checked the tracking, which was the cause of the wear. They sorted that out too. None of the staff pressurised me into buying anything. They strongly advised me to get these problems sorted, since I'll be travelling far very soon and i end up spending a lot money getting the tyres replaced over and over again. Phil, who was sat at reception, was friendly and approachable. If I need anything else doing, I'll be coming to you!
