Massive shout out to Laurie and the team today. I rang yesterday after a recommendation from a client to enquire about tracking. Laurie was very helpful on the phone and answered all my questions. I headed down mid morning the next day and got seen straight away so wasn’t kept waiting at all. After 10 mins or so the chap came in and told me ideally I needed the front tyres replacing before the tracking was done else there wasn’t much point in putting the tracking straight on what was left on the tyres. So I had 2 tyres fitted then and there and then tracking done. They even put the old 2 tyres in my car as requested to keep as spares. Nothing was too much trouble. All in all I was there just under an hour. In which time Laurie chatted to me in between the customers and working, he also made me a latte while I waited. He was very kind and I thank him for making me feel at ease in what can be a very daunting situation for a young girl on her own. All the chaps were very friendly and they really work together to get the job done as fast and as efficient possible. I highly recommend them, great prices, friendly staff and quality services. Thank you guys ☺️ See you in another month when I wear my tyres out again 🤪

Rang brittania today spoke with Tony on the phone explained there was a clunking sound coming from the right front wheel. Tony told me to bring it down and they will take a look. Within 30 minutes of me being there vehicle was fixed problem with the brake caliper and i was back on the road. Really helps to have a reliable garage near by. Thank you guys.

I used Britannia's Derby branch after a recommendation when I discovered that I had a nail in a tyre. I rang beforehand and the member of staff who answered was very friendly and when I explained the problem he told me to bring it down and the team would have a look. I turned up and the member of staff manning the till, again was very friendly and welcoming. He explained that they'd have a look if the puncture was repairable and keep me informed if any further work needed doing. They advised a rough time frame (but not an exact one so as not to disappoint customers). I was able to go and do my own stuff whilst they worked on the tyre and later received a call to tell me my car was ready. I then went back, to a warm and friendly reception. They explained that they had managed to repair my tyre. I am extremely happy with the experience of Britannia and would definitely recommend to anyone for any tyre related business. Had to return the car to have replacement tyre, as it had been given an advisory of a cracking tyre tread, which was just under 2 years old, after discussions with the chap at reception a new replacement tyre was fitted FOC. The staff at the Siddals Road site give an excellent and honest service they don't do any unnecessary work. They also listen to you and don't talk over you, their customer service is excellent. I have had MOT work, exhaust welding and installation, caliper replaced and also get my tyres from there. Their prices are very reasonable, and the standard of their work is high.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place based on: very competitive pricing, polite, respectful staff, clean waiting area and central location. The most crucial component to my 5 star review is the honesty of the staff. I know nothing about cars and went in expecting to be told my whole car needs replacing 🤣. However, the staff did not try and exaggerate or treat me like a fool. Instead, they fixed the puncture in my tyre, charged a very reasonable amount and did it within half an hour. I will never go anywhere else, thank you Britannia 😊

I have used this tyre and exhaust several times over the years and found them to be fair and reasonably priced. Unfortunately on this occasion i took my wife's corsa in last Saturday afternoon for a rear silencer box and was told one would have to be ordered for this Saturday. This was also followed by a phone call midweek to confirm. When i went back this morning no one know anything about it and of course no part waiting so they had to ring the supplier and have one sent. To sum it up not the best communication between staff. After a wait i did have exhaust fixed and was ok. Left less than satisfied.

They showed me the pin hole and why it couldn't be repaired. Prices seen seem good..They don't seem to go up much year on year.. feels like a family, no nonsense business.

Amazing customer service. Assisted my daughter who had a puncture, fixed it with tyre foam and took to Brittania at 530 thinking we would leave the car for the next day. After years of bring ripped off and messed around by independent mechanics, mot stations and Kwik Fit I decided to go on the recommendation of a work colleague. I do ALL my own maintenance mainly because I don't trust garages any more after the awful experiences i've had in the past (turning out early to find the parts haven't been ordered, not ringing me so the car is locked in the compound over the weekend so having to take a day off work to get the car back, etc etc) I know how long jobs take to do and Britannia were spot on for time taken and price, the job was impeccable, the car drives like new again and throughout they stayed in contact, were friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend them to anyone and i'll be taking my cars for their MOT next month to these guys. Thanks Josh and the team!

Firstly, I only ended up here because their competitors kwik fit couldn't even look at my tyre the same day. I had a tyre with a slow puncture due to there being a screw in it. As I am going to try and sell the car within the next 2 weeks I wanted the same make and model tyre to replace the damaged one as they had only been on for 1500 miles. Special order and just over 24 hours later all sorted. All the team could not have been more helpful. Due to the garage not being in an obvious place I got seen straight away. If I need anymore tyres, I'll be back.

I rang around several other tyre and exhaust companies around Derby. Britannia were the lowest quote by a large margin, as they always are. I was told to bring my car in when it was convenient "to me and not them" The work on my exhaust system was done very quickly despite being very busy and they rang to to report on progress then to say it was finished. I had a leisurely stroll and coffee in the city centre returned to the workshop where the bill was under budget and job done. I have used Britania Tyres since it was set up in Derby and they have always exceeded expectations on price and performance.all the team are to be congratulated for a fine performance.
