CTS came as a friend recommendation and let me tell you, they didn't disappointed. Top quality customer service from Nikki and Jake that day. Did a wheel alignment and the way my car sticks to the tarmac now is unbelievable, big difference.

Had two tyres fitted today , unlike any other tyre garage I felt so comfortable due to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, Nicky was so nice at reception. I needed to replace one tyre on my BMW 325i. The tyre I wanted was one that would be the same brand etc. as the other 3 I had on the vehicle. I booked the car in and arrived on time for the tyre change. CTS welcomed me warmly, knew I was coming and popped the car in straight away. The bad news was that my alloy wheel rim was cracked. I didn’t expect that, they showed me the crack and said it could be fixed. They arranged for that and I was back on the road just over an hour later. Awesome. I’d definitely recommend them. I’ll be using them myself whenever I need wheels and tyres.

Fantastic service. Went in for tracking and wheel balancing which were both way out. Unfortunately had a near side control arm that had seized up, Jack was able to give me the part number and advised a timescale to fit once I was able to source the part👍. Went back with the part and fitted professionally with new tracking readout in detail with all camber measurement. Also gave me a vehicle health check indicating all tyre tread levels and the guidance on legal limits. Had a bit of trouble sourcing a second control arm for the opposite side of the car but Nikki and Craig on front desk were great help. Thanks guys for all your help and guidance car drives like brand new as well as being straight as a arrow. The Doughnuts are on me next time I'm in 😂

Amazing customer service! I never write reviews… but this place definitely deserves 5 stars! Every single staff member was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They fitted two rear tyres on my car and kindly checked my other alloys upon discovering one was cracked. They let me borrow their spare tyre whilst sending mine off to get fixed. All round great service and the first garage to NOT make me feel uncomfortable! 10/10 would recommend! I’ll be back :)

Was booked in for a full wheels alignment but was only charged for the fronts as the rears were fine, not many garages would be so honest and would charge for the lot without doing them. Would deffo recommend and will be usuing them again in the future.

Made an appointment to take our Motorhome in, with a screw in the centre of the tyre! Due to size of the vehicle it’s tricky to manoeuvre... easily dealt with at CTS! Cleared ready for our arrival. Bought the tyres through asdatyres.co.uk website and selected CTS to do the fitting based on their reviews. Easy enough. I turned up at the pre booked time and they were expecting me. The correct tyres were waiting for me and a quick check of the dot code confirmed that these were manufactured only a few months ago so no old stock bought cheap. They fitted and balanced the tyres within the quoted time frame. Communication was good and surprisingly so was the free coffee. Would recommend.
