Mr Clayton was phenomenal when I rang him to enquire about my tyre sensors that were not functioning on my Mercedes benz. He asked me to come down & pin pointed the problem within minutes. He had the sensors in stock & carried out the work straight away. My car was ready within 30 - 45 minutes. I have never experienced this kind of experience in my lifetime. I would highly recommend this place especially for drivers who need their tyre sensors replacing. Their customer service, professionalism is fantastic 👏 thank you Mr Clayton once again. We had the misfortune to have a flat today - and I contacted Derby Tyres on recommendation from the local Mercedes dealership. They were quick, efficient and on the spot in very quick time - the tyre was replaced and all was well in well under half an hour. The attending, knowledgeable fitter checked my other tyres, and reset the electronics on the car - an excellent service indeed, and on this basis they are in my phone book for all future eventualities (which I respectfully hope don't happen)

Thanks to everyone at at Derby tyres. I phoned for a quote for two rear tyres ( run flat) what had to match the front ones like for like. That same afternoon the tyres were there ready for fitting. Found a screw in my tyre this morning and called up at 8:10am. I was told that I could bring my car down right away. By 8.50am my car tyre was repaired and I was back on the road. These guys were honest, informative and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. I will 100% be coming back here as soon as my tyres need replacing. Good value and good service, but what really did it for me, was when reception was full and to keep people safe and social distances, they provided a couple of foldaway chairs to an elderly couple who had to wait outside, so they could sit down. All four tyres were all losing pressure and my front two tyres needed changing. Took it here and the guys were so helpful and explained throughly what was wrong and why I was losing pressure. Fitted me in there and then and for a very very reasonably price. They also told me how many miles I had left on my rear tyres so I can keep an eye on them. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Called up Derby Tyres today to get my wheel's aligned as the car was pulling to the left. They managed to fit me in straight away. Took the time to diagnose the problem, actually drive the car themselves to see the issue. Then they told me the problem and solution. What a lovely experience I had dealing with Derby Tyres. I'm a foreign tourist passing through. I wanted my wheel alignment camber/ castor checked and adjusted on my campervan. My experience starting with a telephone enquiry. The conversation was positive and oozed with professional advice so i grabbed a same day visit.
