Fantastic service from this garage once again. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. The reception lady and gent were super friendly and the technician took the time to come and talk to me also which I thought was above and beyond. I will continue to have the maintenance on my BMW Z4 carried out here and would highly recommend this garage.

After I was unhappy with my last garage, I tried these guys out after a friend recommended me to them and I'm glad they did. Usually after you get used to using one place for so long you tend not to venture out all that much to try other places. Well, I don't anyway and thats bad I know. You kind of figure you might get taken for a ride with tacked on fees for things your car doesn't need and so on. However, I have used these guys twice and the service has been quick, reliable and honest. The staff greet you warmly in reception and you do really feel like your in safe hands. Ill definitely be using them again when I need a new MOT or something doing, they really do a good job these guys. I think ill be on their books for a while too 🤷‍♂️👍

My emissions warning light came on. I phoned up ETS and they squeezed me in even though there were no appointments. A pipe had come loose which they sorted within half an hour and didn't charge me. Great customer service.

Car was in for MOT and failed on front spring. They call as soon as the test was done to advise me. The price quoted was competitive and were able to complete the job same day which was great. On collection of my car and before I was off the forecourt I realised that something was catching on the front wheel. One of the mechanics also heard the noise and came out to me to help. He immediately fixed the problem . This happened as they were closing for the day so was appreciative that is was sorted on the spot. Maybe a test drive after suspension work is carried out would have alleviated this issue. Still a 5 star job with helpful staff all round. Back for tyres next week, not the cheapest price in town but great service. Sam.

I went here to get my son's car wheel alignment done. As they have the four wheel alignment tracking system. They were great and I only had to get the front tracking adjusted and so only cost about £28. They also identified that he had a buckled wheel at the front. So got that repaired too. Great garage and friendly staff who were helpful.

Just took my car in for a 4 wheel alignment after changing the springs on all 4 corners. Nobody bothered to adjust anything, apparently the rear was absolutely fine and they were ready to call it a day.. until I got them to double check it and they realised it was indeed out and the camber was also out, as expected after I’d undone and done the eccentric bolts on the rear control arms myself the day before. Don’t really understand why they’ve got a guy that can only adjust the fronts to do FOUR wheel alignments when he’s not even allowed to touch the rears as well. Just left the place and my steering wheel does not stay straight at all. When straight, the car pulls to the right, so will have to go back in tomorrow. Overall really unhappy to be honest.. Edit: Went back in today and the alignment was redone by another member of staff who was obviously very knowledgeable. The car is now perfect. Many thanks !

I've used Eden twice to have my front wheels aligned. The most recent was this week after my tracking rod was replaced by a separate independent mechanic. The people here got my front wheel aligned perfectly and my car is driving smoothly again. Can't complain for £30. I'll keep coming back here whenever I have alignment issues for sure. I can't tell you how these guys take the stress away!

Recently purchased 4 Bridgestone tyres. Excellent service, value, quality and service from Eden Tyres A few weeks later, had a slow puncture which transpired was a nail in a tyre. Eden tyres was able to repair the tyre, so thankfully no new tyre. Have since been back for a major service and cam belt and then MOT great value overall comparedtto other garages in the area and would definitely recommend.
