I arrived at the appointed time and was attended to straightaway. I was shown the problem with the tyre and given the reason why it couldn't be repaired and was offered a medium quality replacement at a very competitive price. The new tyre was fitted quickly and without any mess. This is not always the case with some places I have used before.

The person who was at the desk said he would look at my tyre which I had already inspected and found nothing puncturing it. I was asked to wait in the office while he checked it. He came back to the office and said he found a large bolt sticking in my tyre and said this was the problem then proceeded to put it in his pocket It was nearly as thick as my small finger if it was in the tyre it shouldn't have been repaired as in my opinion it was to big. I drove up the road and the pressure was to low compared to the other tyres I came back to the depo but was told it will be ok?It still leaked I said thanks and left...I won't be back VERY UNHAPPY

I have had a great experience with changing 2 new tyres. The price was almost 100 pounds cheaper than was quoted elsewhere.Tony at the front desk was very kind and polite and all the work got done within 40 minutes from start to finish. These guys just got me out of a tyre related pickle this morning . I had just finished a night shift at the hospital to find that my car had a completely flat tyre. I tried my compressor without success and I put the tyre beyond repair because I chose to limp it to them deflated. I was tired. However, Excellent service and price, with full covid precautions in place too. Thanks again fellas. Oh, and having studied the invoice it is apparent that my usual service place has been ripping me off. Bazzards... The staff on duty today were first class and rapid with it... Top class service for a bargain price.. I recommend without reservation. Stay safe dudes.

Tony and Nathan at tyre city gave amazing service, they were very efficient and professional. They took precautions for covid 19 using gloves and a seat cover and staying two meters away. Due to me working for the NHS they repaired my puncture for free! Would 100% recommend.

Nothing is too much trouble for these lads. They are so welcoming and polite. Recently I was told I needed a new tyre so I drove it to Tony for a second opinion.Tony told me I didn’t need a new tyre at all and that my pressures were wrong. He checked all of my tyres and told me I can pop in once a month to get them checked as they are known for dropping in pressure. Always Competitive with prices. I would not go anywhere else. Even if somewhere is cheaper Tony (manager) is able to offer a price match. A really nice bunch of lads.
