Great service from start to near end. Contacted them and spoke with Raymond who was very helpful and booked in me the next day (as requested) arrived to get my tire changed and then there was more of an issue with some sort mechanic work and they advised of how to fix Etc and done the work there and then and advised if it goes over their finishing time they would stay to complete (which you can’t get better service than that) keep up the good work Raymond and Paul.

Fitted me in, to replace flat tyre after work. Decently sized heated waiting area with seating. Machine for coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Pleasant to deal with. Would recommend.

I first used Farmer Autocare Dunfermline in April this year for my MOT. I found the staff really friendly, professional and accommodating. My car then started making a strange rattling sound this week so I decided to pop into Farmer’s again as I had such great service the time before. Even though it was a Saturday morning and they were extremely busy they were still able to fit me in and had my car fixed and ready by 5pm on the same day. Staff are fantastic here and I will recommend to all my family and friends.

Always had gr8 service & competitive prices, for car tyres I have had to buy, have been top 1 or 2 of places I've checked. Haven't been for other work so far, but my friends have recommended to me for mot & subsequent work. Very fair, once did tracking wheel alignment but as didn't fix, due to another problem wasn't charged! Have a lovely waiting room, can view ur car being worked on, or sit enjoying a free hot choc or coffee using the free WIFI. Have always been very helpful when phone up too, will try fit u in same day for tyres esp if they can. 1st place I check for tyres for years now! Def recommend!!

They've changed the coffee machine but the drinks taste like stale armpit after a gym session. Luckily the staff are friendly, helpful and know their stuff (while obviously drinking coffee they brought in from home). Exceptional customer service. Much recommended.

Value for money, got my car's exhaust replaced within a couple of hour after I just turned up with no appointment. Clean and comfortable waiting area and plenty of hot drinks , coffee tea ect. I highly recommend these guys.

Bought light bulb in Halfords and asked them to fit it but unfortunately they couldn't get the casing off. Nipped into Farmer Autocare Dunfermline and they very quickly had it sorted for me. I went in for a tire last minute last night before they shut and left the car with Brian who said it wasnt a problem to collect the next day if it was possible. I have dealt with Brian before and he is very pleasant to deal with I have used Farmers when other managers have been in charge as a regular customer Brian treats regular customers well and shows his appreciation for repeat business.such a pleasant place to come to for any vehicle need, Brian is a great manager that makes all the difference.

I called today and asked to see if they could fit me in for a MOT. Geordan was brilliant and got me squeezed in. When I arrived they were rushed off their feet and was told it might be a delay. I wasnt bothered as they had done me a favour! The garage was busy, the staff were all brilliant and a nice cheap price for MOT. I agree with other reviews, no sugar coating, honest and told it how it was! Much appreciated guys...... I will be be back!

Needed a new oil pressure switch as I had a dangerous leak. After phoning about 6 garages, the guys at Farmer Autocare managed to fit me in on the same day. Brian at reception was so friendly and welcoming. As a female I am always apprehensive about going to garages as I feel like I will be ripped off but I was completely at ease here and the price I paid was very reasonable especially since they got me in at short notice. THANKS GUYS!

I went over a pot hole on Sat 29th of May and had a nightmare trying to get the tyre changed. Kwik Fit refused to help me because I was missing a wheel nut. I decided to try Farmers and right from the start the guy was amazing! He was willing to help no matter what and sort me out with a tyre and managed to find me a new wheel nut! They literally saved me that day! Otherwise I would of been stranded on Dunfermline. Couldn’t rate them high enough! Love love love Farmers!

Very friendly from the whole team. The manager was great as he sat down and let me know what needed and gave me options. Great seating area with tea/coffee making areas and the main part was the price was the lowest in the area. Kwik-Fit was over £120 more and National Tyres was not far off double what I paid at Farmers for the work that needed done. Will be back next time.

*DON'T DRINK THE COFFEE* Always clear with pricing and honest with the work. Very customer focused. Would use them over a dealership. Their coffee is however a total disgrace and should be avoided at all costs.
