Booked online, tyres at a good price. Given a fitting time for the next day (after 12 noon), received an email moving appointment to after 13:30. Arrived at 13:15, walked up road for a bite to eat, phone call at 13:50 to say all fine. Good tidy job. Friendly service, price was cheaper than other locations. Certainly happy with the experience.

I have used Tyre Serve North East, Renys Lane, Durham for a number of years now and have found the service to be consistently excellent with competitive pricing. I get my whole families cars serviced at this garage and they always get it right first time. The proprietor is a gentlemen. Service at this garage is genuine you get honest advice, they do not try to oversell like some of the bigger franchises, where I always come away feeling like I have been mugged.
