I went today and Alex was able to fix something that another garage had not been able to. The other garage recommended here and I'm so glad they did. Alex was VERY professionally and kind. It was just before they were due to close and yet he made time for me.. .he could easily have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge but instead was quick and helpful . .. I highly recommend them and will continue to go here with any problems in the future. Fantastic service and greatly appreciated.

I booked a winter car check on the spur of the moment on Christmas Eve. This was carried out by John W. I am a new car owner and this will be my first winter driving, plus I am clueless about car maintenance generally, so I asked John if I could watch him carry out the checks rather than waiting in the waiting room as I wanted to learn a bit about what he was doing. He let me stand in the viewing area and then very patiently talked me through all the checks he was doing, answered all my silly questions and generally gave me really good advice about taking care of my car over the next while. I learn so much and now feel much more confident with basic car maintenance tasks. Thank you John!

So helpful checked tyre for me. Needed new as puncture couldn't be repaired, filled tyre with extra air so I could get home and back when tyre arrived later that day to be fitted. Excellent service.

I ordered replacement tyres online and these were fitted yesterday by McConechy's in Leith, Edinburgh. The service was very good, the process didn't take long at all and the staff were courteous and friendly. There's a little waiting room with free tea & coffee if you want to hang around while the work is being done, or alternatively you can walk to The Shore which is nearby (about 5/10 mins walk) - this area is really picturesque and has lots of cafés and restaurants to spend time at while you wait for your vehicle to be ready. I'd definitely return to this Autocentre again if I needed work done on my car.

Popped in unannounced at lunchtime with a flat tyre. The guys were extremely busy and set my expectations that they might not be able to look at it until end of the day/possibly the morning. They noticed the sidewall of another tyre was ripped (I had no clue). They quoted me a very reasonable price for 2 new tyres fully fitted. I got a call at 4pm to say my car was ready! Absolutely delighted with the service I received. Won't hesitate to use them again. Hard working and professional.

Went without an appointment and they managed to fit me in rapidly, they said it would be an hour and a half to get everything changed and calibrated, and they were soot on, great service and really happy with my new tyres, great discount options also🙏

Just had tyre puncture repair completed at Salamander Street branch, very pleased friendly courteous staff and no extras added just charged the cost that was quoted beforehand on the telephone.
