S. M.Jordan at GB Tyres was awesome! We had a blowout on M80 on Tuesday. It was pouring of rain and very busy traffic. He saw we were in trouble and had 2 kids in car. He pulled over and immediately set to work to change to our space saver, he was on the driver side on M80 with heavy traffic flying by but never stopped to ensure our safety, the whole time. Our car was full of luggage and bikes so we had no space for the damaged wheel. He didn’t have the tyre we needed in stock but he then called around half of Glasgow trying to get a tyre for my Tiguan and at the best price. He then offered to take the wheel to a garage in Kirkintilloch for me and for me to follow. We got there and luckily they had a tyre in stock and changed it at a fraction of the price that another well known garage were offering. We got back on the rd within an hour n half and headed to a wee holiday home for 1 night. Thank you Jordan…you were so thoughtful and kind to stop and you did a great job. All this and he wouldn’t take a penny from me. His exact words were. “No Mrs, you’re on a live busy motorway, I just want to help and make sure you’re safe”. I will now use the GB Anniesland branch to get any tyres I need changed in the future.
S. S.Phoned this company this morn and fella was out sharpish and car tyre replaced within 15 mins and great price compared to rival companies quotes… defo recommend and will use again if needed! Thank you
J. K.Phoned up needing a new tyre, or so I thought. Might aswell get 2. So they wear out at the same time. Anyway went today and the guy took the wheel off. There was a nail in the tyre. He put a repair on it and only charges me a tenner. But I gave him the 15 because they where so honest. I will be going there from now on.
