A. D.Bought 2 new Matador Continental tyres end of September from Gils that came with a warranty/ guarantee and to be honest at the time I didn’t quite understand how the W/G worked. Anyway OH damaged the wall of one of the tyres last night so we needed a new one but due to the tread that was left on the damaged tyre I only had to pay £23 for a brand new one instead of £90!! Fantastic service from Gils and I’m so glad we went there in the first place. Very happy customer👍🏻👏🏻

b.Went to Gils today for a puncture repair on my wife’s car which is a simple repair- unfortunately the locking wheel nut broke while they tried to remove the wheel. That’s when panic sets in but not at Gils as David Franks and Euan arranged for all the locking nuts to be removed and replaced (in between dropping and collecting me at home while the repairs were completed) 2 hrs later our cars flat tyre replaced and all new wheel bolts fitted on all wheels. Yet again David and his team went over and above to ensure I was a happy customer- can’t recommend them enough 👍
